1. Introducció

The MHW-3BOMBER R3 Pro is a high-precision manual coffee grinder designed for coffee enthusiasts. It features a titanium-coated conical burr for consistent grinding and an external adjustment mechanism for various brewing methods. 3. Configuració

1. Desembalar: Traieu amb cura tots els components de l'embalatge.
2. Neteja inicial: Before first use, clean the burrs and collection chamber with the provided brush to remove any manufacturing residue.
3. Enganxa la nansa: Securely attach the grinding handle to the top shaft of the grinder.
4. Apply Silicone Grip: Slide the silicone grip sleeve onto the body of the grinder for enhanced ergonomics and anti-slip functionality.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Ajust de la mòlta

The R3 Pro features an external grind adjustment ring, allowing for precise control over grind size with a single 360° rotation. This system offers 11 macro levels and 110 precise clicks, making it easy to switch between different brewing methods without disassembly.

• To adjust, simply rotate the external ring to your desired setting.
• The numbers on the ring indicate macro levels, with finer adjustments available between them.

• Cafè espresso: Recommended 0-2 scales (fine)
• Olla Moka: Recommended 2-6 scales (medium-fine)
• Pour-Over / Siphon: Recommended 6-10 scales (medium)
• Cold Brew / French Press: Recommended 9-11 scales (coarse)

4.2 Loading Coffee Beans

1. Remove the top lid of the grinder.
2. Pour your desired amount of whole coffee beans into the bean hopper. The grinder has a capacity of approximately 20 grams.

4.3 Procés de mòlta

2. Rotate the handle clockwise to begin grinding. The extended high-torque handle is designed for less effort.
3. Continue grinding until all beans have passed through the burrs and the handle turns freely.
4. Unscrew the bottom collection chamber to access your freshly ground coffee.

4.4 Using the Integrated Sieve System

The R3 Pro includes a unique 5-sieve system to refine your grind. By filtering out superfines and inconsistent particles, you can eliminate unwanted bitterness and muddy flavors, enhancing the clarity and sweetness of your coffee. This feature is particularly beneficial for pour-over and drip coffee methods.

• After grinding, transfer the ground coffee into the dedicated sifting lid.
• Select one of the five interchangeable sifting screens (300µm, 400µm, 500µm, 600µm, 850µm) based on your desired particle distribution.
• Place the chosen sieve screen into the sifting lid.
• Gently shake for approximately 15 seconds to separate the fines.
• Nota: Using a sieve screen is generally not recommended for espresso preparation, as it may affect the rich crema.

5. Manteniment i Neteja

1. Desmuntatge: Unscrew the bottom collection chamber, then carefully remove the inner burr and spring assembly.
2. Neteja de les rebaves: Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any residual coffee grounds from the conical burrs and the internal grinding mechanism. Avoid using water on the burrs to prevent rust.
3. Cleaning Body and Chamber: The outer body and collection chamber can be wiped with a damp drap. Assegureu-vos que totes les peces estiguin completament seques abans de tornar-les a muntar.
4. Remuntatge: Carefully reassemble the grinder, ensuring all components are correctly aligned and tightened.

6. Solució De Problemes

• Mòlta inconsistent: Ensure the burr assembly is clean and free of old coffee grounds. Verify that the grind adjustment ring is securely set and has not shifted during grinding.
• Difficulty Grinding: Check for any foreign objects in the burr chamber. If grinding light roasts, apply steady pressure and a consistent rotation. Ensure the beans are not too oily, which can sometimes clog the burrs.
• Grinder Jams: If the grinder jams, stop immediately. Disassemble the grinder and remove any lodged beans or debris. Reassemble and try again.
