1. Introducció

2. Configuració

2.1. Càrrega inicial del banc d'energia extern

Before first use, fully charge the power bank. Connect the power bank to a compatible USB-C power adapter (not included) using a USB-C to USB-C cable (not included). The LED indicators will illuminate to show the charging progress.

  • A full charge typically takes approximately 90 minutes with a suitable fast charger.
  • The LED indicators will show solid lights when fully charged.

3. Instruccions de funcionament

3.1. Wired Fast Charging (22.5W PD Type-C)

Per carregar el dispositiu amb un cable:

  1. Connect one end of a USB-C to USB-C cable (or USB-C to Lightning cable for compatible iPhones) to the power bank's Type-C port.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to your smartphone or other compatible device.

This port supports 22.5W Power Delivery (PD) for fast charging compatible devices.

3.2. 15W Mag-Safe Wireless Charging

Per carregar el dispositiu sense fils:

  1. Ensure your device is compatible with Mag-Safe or Qi wireless charging.
  2. Align your Mag-Safe compatible iPhone (iPhone 12 and above) with the magnetic charging surface of the power bank. The magnets will snap into place, securing the connection.
  3. For other Qi-compatible devices, place the device centrally on the wireless charging surface.
  4. The power bank will automatically begin 15W wireless charging.

3.3. Indicador LED

The power bank features LED indicators to display its battery status:

3.4. Càrrega Pass-Through

The power bank supports pass-through charging, allowing it to charge itself and a connected device simultaneously. When the power bank is connected to a power source, and a device is connected to the power bank (either wired or wirelessly), both will receive power.

4. Manteniment

  • Mantingueu el banc d'energia sec. No l'exposeu a la humitat ni a líquids.
  • Netegeu el banc d'energia amb un drap suau i sec. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni dissolvents.
  • Guardeu el banc d'energia en un lloc fresc i sec, allunyat de la llum solar directa i de temperatures extremes.
  • Eviteu deixar caure o sotmetre el banc d'energia a forts impactes.
  • Per a una durada òptima de la bateria, carregueu completament el banc d'energia almenys un cop cada tres mesos si no l'utilitzeu regularment.

5. Solució De Problemes

5.1. El banc d'energia no es carrega

  • Assegureu-vos que el cable de càrrega estigui connectat correctament tant al banc d'alimentació com a l'adaptador de corrent.
  • Verify that the power adapter is functioning correctly and connected to a live power outlet.
  • Proveu d'utilitzar un cable USB-C i un adaptador de corrent diferents.

5.2. Device Not Charging from Power Bank (Wired)

  • Comproveu si el banc d'energia té prou càrrega (consulteu els indicadors LED).
  • Ensure the cable connecting the power bank and your device is securely plugged in at both ends.

  • Confirm your device is compatible with the power bank's output.

5.3. Device Not Charging from Power Bank (Wireless)

  • Verify your device supports Qi wireless charging or Mag-Safe.
  • Remove any thick phone cases or metallic objects that may interfere with wireless charging.
  • Ensure your device is correctly aligned on the wireless charging surface.
