The Sweetcrispy Electric Pressure Cooker is a versatile appliance designed to simplify your cooking process. It combines the functions of a pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer, and more, offering 12 preset programs for various dishes.

Additional buttons include: Delay Start, Slow Cook, Adjust, Keep Warm/Cancel.

Configuració i primer ús

1. Desembalatge: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Remove any protective films or stickers.
2. Neteja inicial: Wash the inner pot, sealing ring, and condensation collector with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp tela.
3. Muntatge:
   • Place the inner pot into the main unit. Ensure it sits properly.
   • Install the condensation collector on the back of the main unit.
   • Ensure the sealing ring is correctly seated inside the lid.
   • Place the lid on the cooker, aligning the arrow on the lid with the arrow on the base. Rotate clockwise until it locks into place.
4. Test Run (Water Test): Before cooking food, perform a water test to familiarize yourself with the pressure cooking process and ensure the unit is functioning correctly.

   • Close the lid and ensure the steam release valve is in the 'Sealing' position.
   • Select the 'Steam' function and set the time to 5 minutes.
   • Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally or use the quick release method (refer to Operating Instructions).
   • Open the lid and discard the water. The cooker is now ready for use.

Funcionament bàsic

2. Close the lid and ensure the steam release valve is in the 'Sealing' position.
3. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The display will show 'OFF'.

Using Preset Functions

1. Press the desired preset function button (e.g., 'Rice', 'Soup', 'Poultry'). The display will show a default cooking time.
2. If desired, adjust the cooking time using the '+' and '-' buttons.
3. The cooker will automatically begin the preheating process after a few seconds. Once pressure is reached, the cooking timer will start counting down.
4. After cooking is complete, the cooker will beep and automatically switch to the 'Keep Warm' function.

Personalització manual

For recipes requiring specific pressure levels or cooking times not covered by presets, use the 'Adjust' button to cycle through pressure levels (Low, Normal, High) and then use '+' and '-' to set the desired cooking time.

The 'Delay Start' function allows you to program the cooker to start cooking at a later time, up to 24 hours in advance.

After most cooking cycles, the cooker automatically switches to 'Keep Warm' mode to maintain food temperature. This function can also be manually selected by pressing 'Keep Warm/Cancel'.

• Alliberament natural: Allow the pressure to dissipate naturally. This is recommended for foods that expand, like grains and beans, or for large cuts of meat. The float valve will drop when pressure is fully released.
• Llançament ràpid: Carefully turn the steam release valve to the 'Venting' position. Steam will rapidly escape. Use caution to avoid contact with hot steam. Only use for foods that do not foam or expand.

The ceramic-coated inner pot is designed for easy cleaning and is scratch-resistant. It is dishwasher safe. For hand washing, use warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storage.

Cleaning the Lid and Sealing Ring

The lid and sealing ring are dishwasher safe. For hand washing, remove the sealing ring from the lid and wash both parts with warm, soapy water. Ensure the sealing ring is properly reinstalled before next use.
