Configuració
Càrrega del dispositiu
- Abans del primer ús, carregueu completament la pistola de massatge.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port at the base of the massage gun.
- Connecteu l'altre extrem del cable USB a un adaptador de corrent USB compatible (no inclòs) o a un port USB de l'ordinador.
- The indicator lights will illuminate to show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 180 minutes.
- Un cop estigui completament carregat, desconnecteu el cable de càrrega.
Attaching/Removing Massage Heads
- Ensure the massage gun is turned off before attaching or removing heads.
- To attach, gently push the desired massage head into the opening at the front of the gun until it is securely in place.
- To remove, firmly pull the massage head straight out from the opening.
Instruccions de funcionament
- Encès: Press and hold the power button located at the base of the handle for 2 seconds to turn on the device. The device will start at the lowest speed setting.
- Ajustar velocitat: Press the power button repeatedly to cycle through the 6 available speed settings. Each press increases the intensity. The indicator lights will show the current speed level.
- Aplicar al cos: Gently apply the massage gun to the desired muscle area. Do not apply excessive pressure. Move the massager slowly over the muscle.
- Àrees objectiu: Use on areas such as the back, legs, neck, and shoulders to help relieve muscle tension.
- Durada de la sessió: For optimal results and to prevent overheating, limit each massage session to 10-15 minutes per body area.

Manteniment
