Introducció

Thank you for choosing the Insoma 4-Zone Water Timer. This device is designed to automate your garden watering, providing efficient and flexible irrigation for various applications. Please read this manual carefully before installation and operation to ensure proper use and longevity of your product.

Configuració i instal·lació

1. Instal·lació de la bateria:

   Open the battery compartment on the back of the timer. Insert 4 new AA 1.5V Alkaline batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity. Close the battery cover securely to maintain the IPX5 waterproof seal.

2. Connecting to Faucet:

   Ensure the faucet is turned off. Install the brass thread adapter if necessary, followed by the white rubber gasket for a leak-proof seal. Attach the water timer securely to your outdoor faucet. Hand-tighten only to prevent damage.

3. Mànegues de connexió:

   Attach your garden hoses to the four independent outlets at the bottom of the timer. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.
4. Encesa inicial:

   Once batteries are installed, the LCD screen will light up. Set the current time and day as prompted.

Modes de funcionament

1. Automatic Watering Mode

This mode allows you to set a recurring watering schedule for each zone.

• Estableix el rellotge: Use the dial to navigate to "SET CLOCK" and adjust the current time (12-hour or 24-hour format).
• Seleccioneu la zona: Press the "Zone" button to select the desired watering zone (Zone 1, 2, 3, or 4).
• Establir hora d'inici: Navigate to "START TIME" and set when you want watering to begin for the selected zone.
• Defineix la freqüència (freqüència): Navigate to "HOW OFTEN" and choose the watering frequency: every 1H/3H/6H/12H or every 1 to 30 days.
• Defineix la durada: Navigate to "HOW LONG" and set the watering duration from 1 to 360 minutes.
• Activa el mode automàtic: Turn the dial to "AUTO" to activate the programmed schedule. The zones will water sequentially based on their individual start times.

2. Mode de reg manual

Use this mode for immediate, on-demand watering without affecting your programmed schedule.

• Turn the dial to "MANUAL".
• Press the "Zone" button to select the desired zone for manual watering.
• Adjust the watering duration from 1 to 360 minutes using the +/- buttons.
• Premeu "D'acord" per iniciar el reg manual.
• To stop manual watering, turn the dial to "OFF" or press "OK" again.

3. Mode de retard per pluja

Pause your automatic watering schedule during rainy weather to prevent overwatering and conserve water.

• Turn the dial to "AUTO".
• Press the "Delay" button.
• Use the +/- buttons to select the delay duration (1 to 15 days).
• Press "OK" to confirm. The timer will resume its programmed schedule automatically after the delay period.

4. Funció de bloqueig infantil

Activate the child lock to prevent unintended changes to your watering programs.

• To activate: While in any mode, press and hold the "OK" button for 3 seconds until a lock icon appears on the screen.
• To deactivate: Press and hold the "OK" button for 3 seconds again until the lock icon disappears.

Manteniment

• Substitució de la bateria: Replace batteries every 6 months or when the low battery indicator appears on the screen. Always use new AA 1.5V Alkaline batteries.
• Neteja de filtres: The water inlet features a built-in metal filter. Periodically check and clean this filter to prevent debris from entering the timer and affecting water flow.

• Emmagatzematge d'hivern: Before the first frost, remove the timer from the faucet, remove the batteries, and store the unit indoors in a dry, frost-free location.
