3. Configuració i instal·lació

3.1 Muntatge del controlador

Mount the controller in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and moisture. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for airflow, especially for the cooling fans.

3.2 Connexions de cablejat

Follow the wiring diagram below. Always connect the battery first, then the solar panel. Ensure all connections are secure and correct polarity is observed.

3.3 Battery Type Configuration

The controller is compatible with various battery types. For lead-acid batteries (AGM, GEL, Sealed, Flooded), the controller automatically adjusts parameters. For lithium batteries (LiFePO4), parameters must be manually adjusted based on the battery's actual voltage característiques.

4. Funcionament

Once installed, the controller will begin operating automatically. The LCD display provides real-time information about your system.

4.1 LCD Display and Button Interface

The built-in LCD screen allows for real-time monitoring of system performance data, including solar input voltage, bateria voltage, charging current, and more. Use the intuitive button interface to navigate through display screens and adjust settings, such as battery type.

4.2 Procés de càrrega

El controlador utilitza un sistema de 3 segonstage charging process to optimize battery charging and extend battery life:

4.3 Control DSP

5. Manteniment

Regular maintenance helps ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your solar charge controller.

5.1 Sistema de refrigeració

The controller is equipped with dual smart cooling fans for efficient heat dissipation. Ensure the fan vents are not obstructed and are kept clean from dust and debris. Periodically check that the fans are operating correctly.

5.2 Inspecció general
