Press and hold the WPS button on the GigaMesh for 3 seconds, then do the same on the GigaSpire within 30 seconds. The LEDs will flash green while pairing and turn solid cyan once successfully paired.
The QR code is located on the metal plate on the side or bottom of your GigaSpire system. Scan this code within the CCFiber SmartIQ or BusinessIQ app to link your device.
If you forget your password for the CCFiber SmartIQ or BusinessIQ app, tap 'Forgot Password?' on the login screen to initiate a reset.
A flashing red LED indicates it is ready to pair. A solid cyan (light blue) LED indicates a successful connection to the GigaSpire.
