Koolance recommends using only their approved coolants. Third-party liquids or additives may cause chemical reactions, corrosion, or permanent damage to the pump and other components, and may void the warranty.
Immediately shut down the system and unplug the power. Remove any wet components to dry and do not operate the unit until the source of the leak is identified and repaired. If the leak persists, contact Koolance technical support.
If you have received a compressor-based chiller unit, it must be kept upright for at least 24 hours before powering on. This allows the oil to properly settle in the compressor to prevent damage.
