For systems with a Fluoride Removal Cartridge, flush the fluoride cartridge specifically for a minimum of 10 minutes before installing the second cartridge. Then, flush both cartridges tailored together for 5 minutes before use.
If your water filter has been unused for 5 or more days, it is recommended to turn it on and let water flow through the filter for approximately 2 minutes before consuming.
