Press and hold the FEED button for 3 seconds until the Lock/Feed Indicator lights up white. The controls automatically lock after 5 minutes of inactivity to prevent accidental operation.
A solid red light indicates an issue such as low food levels, low battery, a detected food blockage, excess food in the bowl, or that the feeder scale is not properly connected.
Press and hold the Wi-Fi/Zero button for 10 seconds. This will reset the feeder's settings and disconnect it from Wi-Fi, though your pet's data in the app will be preserved.
Open the lid of the feeder and locate the desiccant compartment underneath. Remove the old pack and place a new one in the compartment to keep food fresh. Do not open the desiccant pack itself.
