Indicator Status Meanings:

• HDD status indicator off: HDD is working properly.

Before starting, please check the contents of your package:

The package includes: 1x NVR Device, 1x Power Adapter, 1x Mouse, 1x Network Cable, 1x SATA Power Cable, 1x SATA Data Cable, 1x Screw Package, 1x Rubber Feet Package, 1x Quick Start Guide (QSG).

HDD Installation (Optional)

If your NVR did not come with a pre-installed HDD, follow these steps:

1. Unscrew the four fixing screws (1, 2, 3, and 4) of the cover and back them up.
2. Remove the cover by sliding it in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.
3. Connect the HDD to the Device using the SATA data cable (a) and power cable (b).
4. Turn over the Device, align the HDD to the four holes of the bottom panel, and then fix the HDD with screws (5, 6, 7, and 8) from the screw package.
5. Put back and fix the cover with the four backup screws (1, 2, 3, and 4) from Step 1 to finish the installation.

The NVR supports both wireless and wired connections. For optimal performance, especially if wireless signals are severely interfered, wired connection is recommended.

• Connexió sense fil: Place a wireless IPC (camera) next to the Device and turn it on. The wireless IPC will automatically pair to the Device within 120 seconds. After successful pairing, install the wireless IPC at its desired location.
• Connexió per cable: Add the IPC to the Device according to the Startup Wizard when they are turned on.

Funcionament de l'aplicació

The IMOU app allows for easy setup and remote management of your NVR system.

1. Scan the QR code below to install the Imou App. Register and then log in to your Imou account. (If you have already completed download and registration via the Startup Wizard, you can skip this step).
2. Tap the '+' icon at the top-right corner of the Device tab, then scan the QR code on the device or enter its serial number to add it to Imou.
3. After successfully connecting your device, you can perform operations such as viewvídeos en directe, viewing alarms, setting alarms, and sharing the Device.
4. You can share permissions of the Device or a single video channel with family members.

Step 1: Scan the QR code to download the Imou App. Step 2: Add your device by scanning the QR code or entering the serial number.

Step 3: After adding the device, the app allows viewing live videos, alarms, and settings.

Step 4: The Imou App allows sharing device permissions or specific video channels with others.

Encès i apagat

• Arrencada: Connecteu un monitor al dispositiu i, a continuació, connecteu l'alimentació per arrencar el dispositiu.

Inicialització

After turning on the Device for the first time, you need to initialize it by following these steps:

For the first time login, you can configure the Recorder quickly using the Startup Wizard. This includes general settings, Imou cloud, network settings, and record settings.

Viu View i la reproducció

• Viu View: After you log in, the system goes to multi-channel live view mode per defecte. Tu pots view el vídeo en directe de cada canal.

Manteniment

• Actualitzacions de firmware: The support period for firmware is at least 2 years, with cessation on 2027/12/31. After this date, firmware updates (including security updates) will no longer be maintained.
• Cura del maquinari: Avoid exposing the NVR to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight. Keep the device clean and free from dust to ensure proper ventilation.

  A: After the Device is powered on, observe the power status indicator on the front panel. If the blue light is on and the Device failed to boot up, contact the after-sales service.
