5. Configuració
- Unpack all components and ensure they are intact.
- Place the main control unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Connect the hot air gun handle to the main unit.
- Place the hot air gun in its designated holder.
- Connect the power cord to the main unit and then to a grounded power outlet matching the device's voltage (110V o 220V).
- Select the appropriate nozzle for your task and attach it securely to the hot air gun.

6.1. Power On/Off and Handle Switch
- Press the power switch on the main unit to turn on the device.
- Handle Switch: A short press on the handle button will turn the hot air gun ON or OFF. A long press will change to cool air mode.
6.2. Adjusting Temperature and Airflow
- Use the 'AIR' up/down arrow buttons to adjust the airflow percentage (10% a 99%).
- Use the 'TEMP' up/down arrow buttons to adjust the temperature (100℃ ~ 480℃ / 212℉ ~ 896℉). Adjustments can be coarse (10 digits) or fine-tuned (1 digit).
6.3. Quick Setting Buttons (1, 2, 3)
- Buttons 1, 2, and 3 are memory settings for frequently used temperature and airflow combinations.
- Recordar: Short press button 1, 2, or 3 to load the stored settings.
- Per emmagatzemar: Adjust the temperature and airflow to your desired values. Then, long press one of the buttons (1, 2, or 3) until the display confirms the value is stored.

- Mode 2 (STBY function is ON, time between 1-10 minutes): When the hot air gun is picked up, it automatically turns ON. If left on the holder for the set standby time, it will automatically turn OFF. To resume operation after standby, press the handle button again. The air gun automatically turns OFF when placed on the holder under working status.
6.6. Nozzle Changing
The ST-862D features an easy-to-change nozzle system. Simply pull off the current nozzle and push on the desired one. Ensure it is securely fitted before operation.
