This manual provides detailed instructions for the G20BTS Plus and G20S PRO 2.4G Wireless Voice Backlit Air Mouse Remote Control. This device combines the functionality of a traditional remote, an air mouse, and voice control, designed for use with Android TV Boxes and other compatible devices.
The G20BTS Plus model features Gyroscope, Voice control, Backlight, and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. The G20S PRO model also includes Gyroscope, Voice control, and Backlight, but primarily uses 2.4G wireless communication.
Nota important: Only the power button and mute button on this remote can be programmed for IR learning. This air mouse is primarily designed for Android TV boxes and may not be fully compatible with some smart TVs.

4. Configuració
4.1. Instal·lació de la bateria
Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control. Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment cover securely.
4.2. 2.4G Wireless Connection (with USB Dongle)
- Insert the USB dongle into an available USB port on your Android TV Box, PC, or other compatible device.

4.3. Bluetooth 5.0 Connection (G20BTS Plus model, without USB Dongle)

- Ensure the USB dongle is no plugged into your device.
- On your Android TV Box or compatible device, navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
- Put the remote control into pairing mode. (Specific pairing instructions are often device-dependent, but generally involve holding certain buttons).
- Cerca available Bluetooth devices and select "G20S Pro" (or similar device name) to pair.
To clear existing pairing information and improve pairing success rate, press and hold the [OK] + [Return] botons simultàniament.
5. Funcionament

- Place the G20BTS Plus / G20S PRO remote and the original remote head-to-head, about 1-3 cm apart.

- Press any other button on the G20BTS Plus / G20S PRO remote to exit IR learning mode.

6. Compatibilitat
This remote control is designed for broad compatibility with various devices, primarily Android TV Boxes.
- Android TV Boxes: Fully compatible, including models like X96 X4 AM7.
- Smart TVs: May have limited compatibility. Voice function may not work in Bluetooth mode on some smart TVs.
- PCs, Tablets, Gamepads: Generally compatible via 2.4G USB dongle.
- Android 10 ATV Systems (e.g., MECOOL KM6, KM3, KM2, KM1): Full functionality (voice, gyroscope) via Bluetooth 5.0 without a USB receiver.
- Other non-ATV Android systems: Voice search may require the USB receiver in 2.4G mode. Bluetooth mode voice search may not function.
Due to the variety of Bluetooth modules in different devices, Bluetooth mode may not be compatible with all devices.

- If you experience issues with the voice function, especially in Bluetooth mode, try connecting the remote via the 2.4G USB dongle. The voice function is generally more reliable in 2.4G mode for non-ATV Android devices.
- For optimal air mouse performance, ensure the remote is held steadily and recalibrate if the cursor drifts.
- Remember to turn off the backlight when not needed to conserve battery life.

- Ensure the Mic button is pressed and held while speaking.
8.3. Air Mouse Cursor Drifts or is Unresponsive
- Ensure the remote is held steady.

- Interference from other wireless devices might affect performance. Move closer to the receiver or reduce interference sources.
8.4. IR Learning Fails
- Ensure the remotes are placed head-to-head and close enough (1-3 cm).
- Make sure the original remote's battery is not low.
