1. Introducció

The T3230 Digital Time Delay Relay is a versatile and adjustable cycle timer control switch designed for various applications requiring precise timing. The T3230 Digital Time Delay Relay features a compact design with a front-facing LED display and control buttons. The red LED display typically shows the Process Value (PV) or T1, while the blue LED display shows the Set Value (SV) or T2. An 'OUT' indicator LED illuminates when the relay output is active.

4. Instal·lació i cablejat

The T3230 relay is designed for panel mounting. Ensure the mounting hole size of 72 x 40mm is prepared correctly. Before wiring, ensure all power sources are disconnected to prevent electrical shock.

Wiring Diagram (AC 110V-220V Version):

For the AC 110V-220V version, connect the Live (L) and Neutral (N) wires of your power supply to the corresponding L and N terminals on the relay. The load to be controlled should be connected to terminals S1 and S2. Ensure correct polarity and secure connections.

For DC 12V or DC 24V versions, connect the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of your DC power supply to the appropriate power input terminals, and the load to the relay output terminals as indicated on the device or in the specific model's documentation.

Caution: Incorrect wiring can damage the device or connected equipment. Always verify connections before applying power.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1. Setting Time Parameters (T1, T2)

1. Entra al mode de configuració de l'hora: Premeu el botó SET button once. The red PV LED display (for T1) will flash.
2. Adjust T1: Utilitza el PV (Up Arrow) i SV (Down Arrow) buttons to increase or decrease the value for T1.
3. Set T2: After setting T1, short press the SET button again. The blue SV LED display (for T2) will flash.
4. Adjust T2: Utilitza el PV (Up Arrow) i SV (Down Arrow) buttons to increase or decrease the value for T2.
5. Desa la configuració: After setting T2, press the SET button again. The system will automatically save the memory settings. Alternatively, if no button is pressed for 6 seconds, the module will automatically save the data to memory.

5.2. Setting Operating Modes (P0, P1)

The T3230 offers two main parameter sets, P0 and P1, to configure the timing and work modes.

1. Enter Parameter Setting Mode: Premeu llargament el botó SET button until the display changes to show P0 or P1.
2. Switch Between P0 and P1: Premeu breument SET button to toggle between P0 and P1 parameter sets.
3. Adjust P0 Parameters (Timing Unit for T1):
   • Utilitza el PV (Up Arrow) i SV (Down Arrow) buttons to select the desired timing unit for T1:
   • P0-0: T1 Timing mode is in seconds (s).
   • P0-1: T1 Timing mode is in minutes (m).
   • P0-2: T1 Timing mode is in hours (h).
4. Adjust P1 Parameters (Work Mode):
   • Utilitza el PV (Up Arrow) i SV (Down Arrow) buttons to select the desired work mode:
   • P1-0: Delay T1 time, then relay pulls (T1 timer).
   • P1-1: Relay releases after T1 time delay (T1 timer).
   • P1-2: Delay T1 time, relay pulls (T1 timer), then relay releases after T2 time delay (T2 timing). Cycle finishes.
   • P1-3: Relay releases after T1 time delay (T1 timer), then delays T2 time, relay pulls (T2 timing). Cycle finishes.
   • P1-4: Delay T1 time, relay pulls (T1 timer), then relay releases after T2 time delay (T2 timer), cycling continuously.
5. Exit and Save: After selecting the desired P0 and P1 modes, short press SET to cycle through parameters, then wait 6 seconds for automatic saving, or long press SET per sortir i guardar.

• Relay Functionality: If the relay appears to be malfunctioning or 'out of order', first check all wiring connections for looseness or incorrect polarity. Ensure the load connected does not exceed the relay's specified current rating.
• Cicle de potència: For persistent issues, try power cycling the device (disconnect and reconnect power) after verifying settings and connections.

• Medi ambient: Operate the relay within its specified operating temperature and humidity ranges. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, or corrosive environments.
• Connexions: Reviseu periòdicament totes les connexions elèctriques per assegurar-vos que estiguin ben fixades i que no presentin corrosió.

8. Solució De Problemes

• La pantalla no s'il·lumina: Check the power supply connection and ensure the correct voltage is being applied to the relay.
• Relay Not Activating/Deactivating:
  • Verify that the T1 and T2 times are set correctly.
  • Check the selected P1 work mode to ensure it matches the desired operation.
  • Inspect the load wiring (S1, S2) for proper connection and ensure the load is functional.
  • Confirm the load current does not exceed the relay's maximum switching capacity.
• Configuració no desada: Ensure you wait the required 6 seconds after making changes or press the SET button to cycle through and exit the setting mode to save parameters.
• Comportament erràtic: Ensure the power supply is stable and free from excessive noise or fluctuations.
