1. Unboxing i Inspecció Inicial

Your Amazfit GTR 3 Pro package should contain the following items:

• Smartwatch (including standard strap)

Before first use, fully charge your smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charging base to a USB power source and place the watch onto the base, ensuring the charging pins align correctly. The watch display will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

The Amazfit GTR 3 Pro uses the Zepp App for full functionality. The app is compatible with Android 7.0 and above, and iOS 12.0 and above.

1. Download the Zepp App from your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
2. Open the Zepp App and create an account or log in.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to pair your Amazfit GTR 3 Pro. This usually involves scanning a QR code displayed on the watch or selecting the device from a list.

Manteniment

1. Resistència a l'aigua

The Amazfit GTR 3 Pro has a water-resistance grade of 5 ATM, meaning it can withstand pressures equivalent to a depth of 50 meters. This makes it suitable for showering, swimming in pools, and open water swimming. However, it is not suitable for diving, high-speed water sports, or hot showers/saunas, as steam and hot water can compromise the seal.

2. Neteja

Regularly clean your watch and strap to prevent skin irritation and maintain optimal performance. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the watch body and strap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Ensure the charging contacts are clean and dry before charging.

The watch band is detachable, allowing for customization. The strap width is 22mm. To replace the strap, locate the quick-release pins on the underside of the strap where it connects to the watch body. Slide the pin to detach the strap, and then attach a new 22mm strap by reversing the process.

• Language not updating: If you've changed the language in the app but it's not reflecting on the watch, ensure the watch firmware is updated to the latest version via the Zepp App.
• Cannot answer calls: Ensure the watch is properly connected to your phone via Bluetooth and that call notifications are enabled in the Zepp App.
• Music storage/playback issues: Verifica que la música files are correctly transferred to the watch. Ensure Bluetooth headphones are paired correctly if using them for playback.
