5. Configuració

  1. Place the soldering station on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  2. Connect the soldering iron handle line to the 'CONNECTOR' port on the front of the soldering station.
  3. Insert the desired T12 soldering tip into the soldering iron handle. Ensure it is securely seated.
  4. Place the soldering iron into the provided soldering iron stand.
  5. Connect the power cable to the 'POWER SOCKET' on the back of the station and then plug it into a suitable power outlet (AC100-240V, 50/60Hz).

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1 Power On and Temperature Adjustment

  1. Flip the 'POWER SWITCH' to the ON position. The LED digital display will light up.
  2. The station features rapid heating, reaching soldering temperature in approximately 4 seconds and melting tin in 5 seconds.
  3. Adjust the desired temperature using the 'TEMPERATURE KNOB'. The adjustable temperature range is 40°C to 480°C (104°F to 896°F).
  4. The LED display will show the current temperature. The intelligent temperature control system will maintain the set temperature precisely.

6.2 Automatic Standby and Wake-up

The T12 Pro features an automatic standby and wake-up function. When the soldering iron is placed in its stand, it will automatically enter standby mode to conserve energy and prolong tip life. Picking up the handle will automatically wake the station up to the set temperature.

6.3 Soldering Tips

The station uses T12 series soldering tips, known for their integrated heating element and sensor, providing excellent thermal recovery and precise temperature control.

7. Temperature Reference

The following temperatures are recommended for common soldering tasks. These are for reference only; please adjust according to the specific situation and materials being used.

  • Tin removal of chip: 350 °C - 400 °C
  • Pad degumming: Recommended 350°C (related to the melting point of tin wire)
  • Desmuntatge de xips: 350 °C - 400 °C

8. Manteniment

  • Neteja de consells: Regularly clean the soldering iron tip using a damp sponge or brass wool to remove excess solder and oxidation. This helps maintain optimal heat transfer and prolong tip life.
  • Estanyant la punta: Always tin the tip with a fresh layer of solder before storing the iron and after cleaning. This prevents oxidation.
  • Station Cleaning: Keep the main unit clean and free of dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Substitució de fusibles: If the unit does not power on, check the fuse located near the power socket. Replace it with a fuse of the same type and rating if necessary.
  • Emmagatzematge: Store the soldering station in a dry, dust-free environment when not in use.

9. Solució De Problemes

  • Parpelleig de la pantalla: A slight flickering of the LED display can be normal during temperature stabilization as the intelligent control system adjusts power to maintain the set temperature. If flickering is constant and severe, or accompanied by other issues, check connections and power supply.
