This manual provides instructions for the zap YAP1F AC Remote Control, designed as a replacement for various Gree Air Conditioner models. It operates using Infrared (IR) wireless communication at a frequency of 433 MHz.

2. Configuració

2.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

  1. Localitzeu el compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior del comandament a distància.
  2. Feu lliscar la tapa de la bateria.
  3. Insert two AAA 1.5V batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.
  4. Tanqueu la tapa de la bateria amb seguretat.

Note: Batteries are not included with this remote control.

Battery Type: AAA 1.5V
Remote Controller Type: RC
Do not confuse new and worn or different types of batteries. Remove batteries when not in use for a long time.
Pressing keys repeatedly could start or stop key board locking.

3. Instruccions de funcionament

This remote control is compatible with various Gree Air Conditioner models. Point the remote directly at the air conditioner's receiver when operating.

4. Manteniment

  • Neteja: Netegeu el comandament a distància amb un drap suau i sec. No utilitzeu netejadors líquids ni materials abrasius.
  • Substitució de la bateria: Replace batteries when the remote's response becomes sluggish or it stops functioning. Always replace both batteries at the same time with new ones of the same type (AAA 1.5V).
  • Emmagatzematge: If the remote will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and damage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

5. Solució De Problemes

  • El comandament a distància no respon:
    • Check if the batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient power. Replace if necessary.
    • Assegureu-vos que hi hagi una línia de visió clara entre el comandament a distància i el receptor de l'aire condicionat.
    • Verify that the remote control is compatible with your specific Gree AC model (refer to Section 3.2).
  • Els botons no funcionen:
    • Ensure no foreign objects are lodged under the buttons.
    • If the remote has a 'key board locking' feature, pressing keys repeatedly might unlock it.
