3. Muntatge i muntatge

1. Desembalatge: Traieu amb cura la màquina i tots els accessoris de l'embalatge. Conserveu l'embalatge per a futurs transports o emmagatzematge.
2. Col·locació: Place the machine on a sturdy, flat workbench.
3. Reel Holder Assembly: Assemble the reel holder and place it securely behind the machine. Thread the lines according to the machine's designated paths (refer to threading diagrams on the machine itself).
4. Connexió d'alimentació: Connect the power cord to a compatible electrical outlet. This machine operates on either 110V or 220V, but is NOT bivolt. Ensure you have the correct voltage model for your region.

4. Funcionament

• Control de velocitat: The sewing speed is controlled by the foot pedal. Press gently for slower speeds and apply more pressure for faster operation. The motor can reach speeds of 9,000 to 10,000 RPM.
• Stitch Adjustment: The machine produces stitches with a length range of 1.5mm to 3.7mm and a width range of 2.5mm to 4.5mm. Adjustments for stitch length and width are typically made via dials or levers on the machine body. Refer to the specific markings on your machine for these controls.

• Recommended Threads: Use yarn and thread made of 100% polyester for best results.

5. Manteniment

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and smooth operation of your overlock machine.

• Neteja: Regularly clean lint and thread debris from the needle plate, feed dogs, and looper area using a small brush.
• Lubricació: Apply sewing machine oil to all moving parts and lubrication points as indicated on the machine (e.g., "OIL" markings). Frequency depends on usage, but generally every 8-10 hours of operation.
