Guia de configuració

1. Instal·lació física

The camera can be installed in various positions: side, normal, or wall-mounted. Ensure the mounting surface is stable and secure. Use the provided screw package for installation.

2. Connexió d'alimentació

Connect the camera to a DC 12V power supply (not included). Ensure the connection is secure and protected, especially for outdoor installations, using the waterproof connector kits.

3. App Installation and Configuration (V380 Pro)

The V380 Pro app is required for camera control and monitoring. It is compatible with Android and iOS devices.

2. Registre i inici de sessió: Open the V380 Pro app and create a new account or log in with an existing one.

6. Set Up Connection: Configure the camera to connect to your home Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz only).

4. Network Connection Options

The camera primarily uses Wi-Fi (2.4GHz). It also features a network port for wired connection to a router via an Ethernet cable, providing a stable connection.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. En directe View i accés remot

Once connected, open the V380 Pro app on your smartphone or tablet to view the live feed from your camera. You can access the camera remotely from anywhere with an internet connection.

2. Control de panoràmica i inclinació

Use the controls within the V380 Pro app to remotely adjust the camera's viewing angle. The camera supports 0-270° horizontal (pan) and 0-90° vertical (tilt) rotation, allowing you to monitor a wide area.

3. Àudio bidireccional

The built-in microphone and speaker enable real-time two-way audio communication. You can listen to the camera's surroundings and speak through the camera using the app.

4. Motion Detection & Auto Tracking

Enable motion detection in the app settings. When movement is detected, the camera will automatically track the moving object, record video, and send a notification push to your smartphone.

5. Modes de visió nocturna

The camera supports both infrared night vision and full-color night vision using its 14pcs Infrared LEDs and 22pcs White LEDs. You can configure the night vision mode in the app settings.

6. Gestió de l'emmagatzematge

The camera supports local storage via a TF card (up to 128GB, not included) and cloud storage (subscription may be required). Manage recordings and storage settings through the V380 Pro app.

7. AP Hotspot Mode

In areas without Wi-Fi, the camera can create its own AP hotspot. Connect your smartphone directly to this hotspot to view the live feed within a limited range.

Resolució de problemes

• La càmera no es connecta a la Wi-Fi:
  • Assegureu-vos que la vostra xarxa Wi-Fi sigui de 2.4 GHz. La càmera no admet Wi-Fi de 5 GHz.
  • Check that the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly in the app.
  • Acosteu la càmera al router Wi-Fi per millorar la intensitat del senyal.
  • Reinicieu la càmera i el router.
  • Use the Reset Button (refer to Figure 3) to factory reset the camera and try setup again.
• No Live View a l'aplicació:
  • Verifiqueu que la càmera estigui engegada i connectada a la Wi-Fi.
