4. Configuració

4.1 Connectar el micròfon

1. Locate the detachable microphone.
2. Align the microphone's connector with the microphone interface on the left earcup of the headset.
3. Gently push until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely connected.

The E5000 Pro offers versatile connectivity with three detachable cables:

• Type C to USB Cable (1m): For connecting to PCs, laptops, and other devices with a standard USB-A port.
• Type C to Type C Cable (1.5m): For connecting to devices with a USB-C port, such as modern laptops, smartphones, and some gaming consoles.
• Type C to 3.5mm Cable (1.5m): For connecting to devices with a 3.5mm audio jack, including PS4, PS5, Xbox controllers, Nintendo Switch, and smartphones.

Compatibilitat: The headset is compatible with PC, Mac, Phone, PS4, PS5, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. (Not compatible with Lightning interface devices).

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Controls bàsics

The headset features intuitive controls on the earcup:

• Control de volum: Use the scroll wheel to adjust the audio volume.

5.3 ENC Noise Cancelling Microphone

The headset features advanced Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) technology with dual microphones:

• Noise Recognition Microphone: Identifies ambient noise.

5.4 Custom Equalizer (EQ)

Note: The driver cannot be installed or used when connecting the headset via a 3.5mm audio cable.

5.5 LED Breathing Light

The headset features a green LED breathing light on the earcups. You can long press the multi-function button to turn the LED light on or off.

Note: The LED light will only illuminate when the headset is connected via the Type C or USB cable, as the 3.5mm audio cable does not provide power for the lights.

6. Manteniment i cura

• Eviteu exposar els auriculars a temperatures extremes, humitat o llum solar directa.
• Store the headset in the provided carrying bag when not in use to protect it from dust and scratches.
• No intenteu desmuntar ni reparar els auriculars vosaltres mateixos, ja que això podria anul·lar la garantia.

7. Solució De Problemes

• No 7.1 Surround Sound: Ensure the headset is connected via USB or Type C cable. 7.1 surround sound is not available when using the 3.5mm audio cable.
• Els llums LED no funcionen: Verify the headset is connected via USB or Type C cable. The 3.5mm audio cable does not provide power for the LED lights.
• Right Earphone Stops Working with USB Cable: Check the USB cable connection for any looseness or damage. Try connecting to a different USB port or using a different USB cable if available. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
• Sound Volume Too Low (e.g., on PS4): Check the headset's volume control wheel and ensure it's turned up. Also, verify the audio output settings on your gaming console or device. If using custom EQ, ensure settings are not reducing overall volume.
• El micròfon no funciona: Ensure the detachable microphone is securely attached. Check if the microphone mute button is active. Verify microphone input settings on your connected device.
