Guia de configuració

Setting up your Arenti Laxihub camera is a straightforward process:

1. Encès: Connect the camera to a power source using the provided adaptor. The camera will initiate its startup sequence.
2. Download Arenti App: Download the 'Arenti' application from your mobile device's app store (available for iOS 9 or later, and Android 5 or later).
3. Connecta't a Wi-Fi: Open the Arenti App, create an account or log in, and follow the in-app instructions to add your camera and connect it to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
4. Muntatge: Choose a suitable outdoor location for installation. Use the provided screws pack to securely mount the camera. The camera is IP65 weatherproof, ensuring durability in various conditions. The power cable length (3.6m camera cable + 1.5m adapter cable = 5.1m total) offers flexibility for placement.

Instruccions de funcionament

Monitorització remota

Un cop connectat, pots view live video feeds and manage your camera remotely through the Arenti App on your smartphone or tablet. You can also access a web client by logging in at https://web-eu.arenti.net/ with your Arenti account for PC access.

Modes de visió nocturna

The camera supports various night vision modes:

• Black & White (IR) Mode: Traditional infrared night vision for clear monochrome images in low light.
• Full Color Night Vision Mode: Utilizes the warm white light to provide full-color video even in darkness.
• Mode de visió nocturna intel·ligent: Automatically switches from infrared to full-color mode when human movement is detected, providing detailed color footage when needed.

AI Human Motion & Sound Detection

The camera is equipped with an advanced AI algorithm for human motion detection and a sound sensor. When abnormal movement or sound is detected, you will receive a notification on your Arenti App. You can customize detection zones to focus on specific areas and adjust sensitivity to minimize false alarms from pets or environmental factors. An audible and strobe light siren can be configured to activate upon detection, deterring intruders.

Àudio bidireccional

Engage in real-time conversations with visitors or deter unwanted guests using the camera's built-in microphone and speaker with noise cancellation. This full-duplex two-way audio feature allows you to hear and speak through the camera via the Arenti App.

Opcions d'emmagatzematge

The camera offers flexible storage solutions for your recordings:

• Targeta micro SD: Supports FAT32 Micro SD cards up to 256GB (sold separately) for continuous 24/7 recording. Videos can be exported in MP4 format.
• Emmagatzematge al núvol: Enjoy 3 months of complimentary cloud storage. When motion or sound is detected, event videos are saved to the cloud for 72 hours if the cloud storage service is enabled.

Manteniment

• Neteja: Netegeu regularment la lent i el cos de la càmera amb un drap suau i sec.amp drap per eliminar la pols i la brutícia. Eviteu utilitzar productes químics o materials abrasius.
• Actualitzacions de firmware: Keep the camera's firmware updated through the Arenti App to ensure optimal performance, security, and access to new features.
• Font d'alimentació: Ensure the power adapter and cable are free from damage. Do not expose the power connections to excessive moisture.
• Gestió de la targeta SD: If using an SD card, periodically check its status via the app and consider formatting it every few months to maintain performance. Back up important recordings before formatting.

Resolució de problemes

• Càmera fora de línia: Check your Wi-Fi connection and ensure the camera is powered on. Restart the camera and your router if necessary. Verify that the camera is within range of your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
• Poca qualitat de vídeo: Ensure the lens is clean and free from obstructions. Check your internet connection speed.

• Col·locació òptima: While there's no strict maximum height, consider placing the camera at a height that provides a clear, unobstructed view of the area you wish to monitor, typically 2-3 meters (6-10 feet) above ground. The 110° viewing angle helps cover a wide area.
• Power Cable Management: The camera comes with a 3.6m cable, and the adapter adds another 1.5m, totaling 5.1m. Plan your installation location to ensure the power outlet is within this range or use a suitable outdoor-rated extension cord if necessary.
