1. Introducció

The RELIFE RL-M3T Professional Electronic Microscope is a versatile and high-precision instrument designed for detailed observation and repair tasks, particularly in mobile phone and PCB repair, as well as general specimen observation. Featuring a 7-45x continuous zoom and a trinocular head, it allows for both direct visual inspection and simultaneous display on an external screen. This manual provides essential information for the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of your microscope.

2. Instruccions de configuració

Carefully unpack all components and ensure all parts are present before assembly. The machine is heavier than it appears; handle with care.

2.2 Passos de muntatge

1. Attach the Microscope Head to the Stand: Securely mount the microscope head onto the metal pillar of the stand using the height fixing knob.
2. Instal·leu els oculars: Insert the wide-angle eyepieces into the binocular barrels. Attach the soft rubber eye masks for comfortable viewing.
3. Select and Install Base: Choose the appropriate base (B1, B3, or STL2 long arm stand) for your application. The RL-M3T is compatible with various bases. Ensure the microscope is stable on the chosen base.

4. Install Optional Accessories:
   • Camera/Display: If using a camera (e.g., M11, M12, M13) or external display, attach it to the trinocular TV hole. An 0.5CTV adapter is typically required for camera connection.
   • Auxiliary Mirror: For extended working distance or different magnification, screw on the 0.5X or 0.7X auxiliary mirror (RELIFE M-21/22) to the objective lens.

   • Dustproof Mirror: Install the M-23 dust mirror to protect the objective lens from dust.
   • Font de llum LED: Attach the SS-033 LED light source (or similar 56 soft LED cold light) around the objective lens for illumination.

3. Instruccions de funcionament

3.1 Funcionament bàsic

1. Col·locar la mostra: Place the object to be observed on the loading board or secure it with the tablet clamps. The black and white carrier tray can be rotated 360° to provide optimal contrast for your specimen.
2. Ajusta l'alçada: Use the height fixing knob to adjust the microscope head's vertical position until the objective lens is close to the specimen, ensuring a working distance of up to 12cm for the B3 base.
3. Power On Light Source: If using an external LED light source, connect it to power and turn it on. Adjust brightness as needed.
4. Adjust Eyepieces: Look through the eyepieces and adjust the interpupillary distance (distance between eyepieces) until you see a single, clear circular field of view. Adjust the diopter compensation ring on one eyepiece to match your vision.
5. Focus: Use the coarse adjustment knob to bring the specimen into approximate focus. Then, use the fine adjustment knob for precise focusing.
6. Zoom: Rotate the zoom knob (0.7-4.5X) to change the magnification. The microscope offers continuous zoom for seamless transitions.

3.2 Using the Trinocular Port and External Display

For simultaneous viewing on an external screen or capturing images/videos, connect a compatible camera (e.g., RELIFE M-12) to the trinocular TV hole using a 0.5CTV adapter. If using a 10.1-inch display, connect it to the camera's output (typically HDMI).

The 10.1-inch wide-angle LCD display is designed for precision manufacturing, offering soft colors, no eye fatigue, no flash screen, and broad vision for a comfortable viewexperiència.

4. Manteniment

• Neteja de lents: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and specialized lens cleaning solution to clean the objective lens and eyepieces. Avoid touching optical surfaces with bare hands.
• Protecció contra la pols: Always use the M-23 dust mirror (if available) and cover the microscope with a dust cover when not in use to prevent dust accumulation.
• Atenció general: The microscope is a precision instrument. Handle it with care, especially due to its weight. Avoid sudden impacts or vibrations.
• Emmagatzematge: Store the microscope in a dry, clean environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

5. Solució De Problemes

• Image is blurry or out of focus: Adjust the coarse and fine focus knobs. Ensure the working distance is appropriate for the objective lens. Check if the diopter compensation is correctly set for your eyes.
• No image visible: Verify that the light source is on and properly positioned. Check if the eyepieces are correctly inserted and the interpupillary distance is adjusted.
• Image on external display is not clear or not showing: Ensure the camera is correctly attached to the trinocular port with the necessary adapter (e.g., 0.5CTV). Check all cable connections (HDMI, power). Verify the camera and display settings.
• Microscope feels unstable: Ensure the base is placed on a flat, stable surface. Tighten all locking knobs on the stand and microscope head.
