4. Instal·lació

The MTR12 controller is designed for panel mounting. Ensure the installation location is free from excessive vibration, moisture, and extreme temperatures outside the operating range.

4.1 Muntatge

  1. Cut a rectangular opening in the panel according to the controller's dimensions.

  3. Use the provided mounting clips to secure the controller from the rear of the panel.
  4. Apply the rubber gasket around the front bezel for a snug fit and to provide some sealing against dust/moisture.

Connect the NTC temperature sensor to the designated terminals. Position the sensor in the area where temperature measurement and control are required. Ensure the sensor cable is routed away from power lines to avoid interference.

Connexions de terminals:

  • Terminals 1, 2, 3 (Out1): Relay output for the cooling device.
    • 1: Common (C)
    • 2: Normally Open (NO)
    • 3: Normally Closed (NC)
    Connect your cooling load between terminal 1 (Common) and terminal 2 (Normally Open) for standard cooling operation.
  • Terminals 4, 5 (PWR): Power supply input (230V~ ±10% 50/60Hz).
  • Terminals 11, 12 (T1): Input for the NTC temperature sensor.

WARNING: Ensure power is disconnected before making any wiring connections to prevent electric shock.

6. Funcionament

The MTR12 controller features a digital display and four control buttons: SET, HYS, Up Arrow, and Down Arrow.

6.1 Basic Temperature Setting
