4. Instruccions de configuració
Follow these steps to set up your AL1150D Automatic Label Dispenser:

- Traieu els cargols: Unscrew and remove the screws from the support bracket.
- Fixeu el suport: Align the support bracket with the holes on the main unit and fix it securely.
- Place Label Roll: Place the roll of applicable labels onto the U-shaped card holder.
- Etiqueta de posició: Position the label as shown in the diagram for proper alignment.
- Thread Label Through Cover Plate: Rotate the transparent cover plate and thread the label through it.
- Pass Through Sensor: Guide the label past the sensor and downwards.
- Secure Backing Paper: Secure the backing paper onto the rewinding roller.
- Fix Backing Paper with U-rod: Use the U-shaped rod to firmly secure the backing paper.
- Instal·lació completa: Once all steps are completed, connect the power supply, and the device is ready for use.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
Once the label dispenser is set up and powered on, follow these steps for operation:
- Encès: Press the red POWER/LIGHT button to turn on the device. The LED display (COUNTER) will illuminate.
- Adjust Label Length: Use the 'LENGTH.ADJ' knob to set the desired length of the label to be dispensed. Rotate clockwise to increase length, counter-clockwise to decrease.
- Velocitat de control: Use the 'SPEED CONTROL' knob to adjust the dispensing speed. Rotate clockwise for faster dispensing, counter-clockwise for slower.
- Dispensing Labels: The machine will automatically dispense labels one by one. As you pick up a label, the next one will be presented.
- Recompte: The 6-digit LED display (COUNTER) shows the number of labels dispensed. It can count up to 999,999 labels.
- Reset Counter: To reset the counter, locate the reset button (usually a small button near the display, not explicitly shown but common for such counters) and press it.
- Apagar: Press the red POWER/LIGHT button again to turn off the device when not in use.
