5. Instruccions de configuració

  1. Connectar els elèctrodes: Remove the protective cap from the pH electrode, temperature electrode, and ORP electrode. Connect these electrodes to their corresponding sockets on the controller unit.
  2. Neteja els elèctrodes: Wash the electrodes in distilled water and gently dry them with filter paper.
  3. Encès: Plug the device into a suitable power outlet (AC230V EU or AC120V US, depending on your model) to turn it on.
  4. Col·locació: Position the controller in a stable location. The unit features a back suspension hole for flexible wall mounting.

6. Calibració

Calibration is crucial for accurate measurements. It is recommended to calibrate the device in the following situations:

  • If the device has not been calibrated for a long time.
  • After regular and long-term continual use.
  • When high accuracy is required for your application.

6.1. pH Calibration (3 Points)

  1. Prepare three clean beakers with standard buffer solutions: pH 6.86, pH 4.00, and pH 9.18 (at 25°C).
  2. For accurate calibration, fill one buffer solution (e.g., pH 6.86) into two separate beakers. Use one for cleaning the electrode and the other for calibration to minimize pollution.
  3. Plug in and turn on the device.
  4. Immerse the pH electrode into the standard pH 6.86 buffer solution. Stir gently until the value stabilizes.
  5. Press and hold the "CAL" button for 5 seconds. The screen will display "00.00" (or similar) indicating pH 6.86 automatic correction mode. The meter will automatically identify the standard buffer solution. Once the displayed value corresponds to the buffer solution, the calibration for pH 6.86 is complete.

  7. Immerse the pH electrode into the standard pH 4.00 buffer solution. Press and hold the "CAL" button for 5 seconds. The screen will display "00.00" (or similar) indicating pH 4.00 automatic correction mode. Once the displayed value corresponds to the buffer solution, the calibration for pH 4.00 is complete.
  8. Repeat the cleaning step.
  9. Immerse the pH electrode into the standard pH 9.18 buffer solution. Press and hold the "CAL" button for 5 seconds. The screen will display "00.00" (or similar) indicating pH 9.18 automatic correction mode. Once the displayed value corresponds to the buffer solution, the calibration for pH 9.18 is complete.

Nota: Users can choose calibration solutions from 6.86, 4.00, 9.18, 7.00, 4.00, 10.00. The factory default calibration is 6.86, 4.00, 9.19. Be careful not to use the wrong calibration solution during the process.

6.2. ORP Calibration (W2839)

  1. Plug in the power to turn on the device.
  2. Immerse the ORP electrode in distilled water for five minutes.
  3. Immerse the ORP electrode in ORP calibration solution of 265mv (25°C) and stir gently.
  4. When the reading is stable, press and hold the "CAL" button for about 5 seconds. The screen will display "290" or similar.
  5. Adjust the value using the "TEMP +" or "TEMP -" buttons until the display shows "265".
  6. Clean the electrode with distilled water and dry with filter paper.

6.3. EC Calibration (W2823)

  1. Plug in the power to turn on.
  2. Immerse the EC electrode in distilled water for five minutes.
  3. Immerse the EC electrode in EC calibration solution of 12800us/cm (25°C) and stir gently.
  4. When the reading is stable, press and hold the "CAL" button for about 5 seconds. The screen will display "12700" or similar.
  5. Adjust the value using the "TEMP +" or "TEMP -" buttons until the display shows "12800-12900".
  6. Clean the electrode with distilled water and dry with filter paper.
  7. Immerse the electrode in EC calibration solution of 1413us/cm (25°C) and stir gently until the displayed value is the same as or close to the value of the calibration solution.
  8. Clean the electrode with distilled water and dry with filter paper.

6.4. TDS Calibration (W2826)

  1. Plug in the power to turn on.
  2. Immerse the TDS electrode in distilled water for five minutes.
  3. Immerse the TDS electrode in TDS calibration solution of 6440ppm (25°C) and stir gently.
  4. When the reading is stable, press and hold the "CAL" button for about 5 seconds. The screen will display "6780" or similar.
  5. Adjust the value using the "TEMP +" or "TEMP -" buttons until the display shows "6430-6450".
  6. Clean the electrode with distilled water and dry with filter paper.
  7. Immerse the TDS electrode in TDS calibration solution of 1382ppm (25°C) and stir gently until the displayed value is the same as or close to the value of the calibration solution.
  8. Clean the electrode with distilled water and dry with filter paper.

6.5. Salinity Calibration (W2825)

  1. Plug in the power to turn on.
  2. Immerse the salinity electrode in distilled water for five minutes.
  3. Immerse the salinity electrode in salinity calibration solution of 35 ppt (25°C) and stir gently.
  4. When the reading is stable, press and hold the "CAL" button for about 5 seconds. The screen will display "35.40" or similar.
  5. Adjust the value using the "TEMP +" or "TEMP -" buttons until the display shows "35ppt".
  6. Clean the electrode with distilled water and dry with filter paper.

7. Instruccions de funcionament

  1. After connecting the electrodes and powering on the device, immerse the pH electrode, temperature electrode, and ORP electrode (or TDS/EC/Salinity electrode for relevant models) into the testing liquid.
  2. Stir gently and wait for the readings to stabilize on the LCD display.
  3. Read the final values.

7.3. Mobile APP Connection and Data Viewing

  1. Download Tuya Smart APP: Cerca "Tuya Smart" in your mobile APP store (iOS or Android) and download it.
  2. Registra't/Iniciar sessió: Register an account or log in to the Tuya Smart APP.
  3. Afegeix un dispositiu: On the Tuya APP homepage, click to add a device. Long press the WiFi icon on the controller unit to enter pairing mode. The APP will search for nearby devices automatically.

8. APP Alarm Settings

The Tuya APP allows you to set alarm values for pH, ORP, and Temperature. When the measured value exceeds the set high or low limit, the control output will be activated (powered on) to trigger connected equipment.

8.1. Setting pH Alarms

  1. Open the Tuya APP and navigate to the pH page for your device.
  2. You can set a "pH High alarm setting" and a "pH Low alarm setting". For example, if the low end is set to 4 and the high end to 6, the power supply will be activated when the pH value is between 4-6.
  3. Important: Be careful not to set both high and low alarms simultaneously in a way that would cause conflicting or incorrect alarm activation.

8.2. Setting ORP Alarms

  1. Open the Tuya APP and navigate to the ORP page for your device.
  2. Set the "ORP High alarm setting" and "ORP Low alarm setting" according to your requirements.

8.3. Advanced Control Settings (C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4)

The device offers advanced control settings accessible by long-pressing the SET1 key for 1 second. This allows for fine-tuning of alarm and control behaviors:

  • C-1: Regulates EC (TDS/SALT/ORP) high and low end out of the range of the alarm.
  • C-2: Adjusts the EC (TDS/SALT/ORP) alarm within the high and low end of the range.
  • C-3: Represents an alarm out of the high and low end of the temperature control range.
  • C-4: Represents the alarm within the high and low end of the temperature adjustment range.

After making adjustments, wait 5 seconds for the settings to be saved. The code will disappear, indicating the setting is complete.

9. Solució De Problemes

10. Manteniment

  • Neteja general: Wipe the main controller unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
