1. Introducció

3. Informació de seguretat

• No encengueu la llanterna directament als ulls.
• Mantenir fora de l'abast dels nens.
• Do not disassemble the battery or expose it to fire or water.
• Ensure the waterproof plug of the charging port is sealed before exposing to water.
• Use only recommended batteries and charging cables.

4. Configuració

4.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

Before first use, please remove the insulation sheet located inside the flashlight. Unscrew the tail cap, remove the insulation sheet, and then re-insert the battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the flashlight. Screw the tail cap back on securely.

4.2 Càrrega

The flashlight features a built-in USB Type-C direct charging function. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the flashlight's charging port and a power source. The charging indicator light will show the charging status:

• Llum vermella: Under charging
• Llum verda: Totalment carregat

Ensure the waterproof plug for the USB-C port is securely closed when not charging to maintain the IPX8 waterproof rating.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

The Lumintop 985 FROG V3.0 features a single side switch for all operations. The built-in backlit light assists in locating the switch in darkness.

5.1 General Modes (Low, Medium, High)

• ON/OFF: Feu clic a l'interruptor una vegada.
• Canvi de sortida: While the flashlight is ON, press and hold the switch to cycle through the output levels (Low, Medium, High). Release the switch to select the desired level. The flashlight has mode memory for these general modes.

5.2 Hidden Modes (Moonlight, Turbo, Blinking)

• Clar de lluna: Manteniu premut l'interruptor de OFF.
• Turbo: Quickly double-click the switch from ON or OFF.
• Blinking Modes (Strobe, SOS, Beacon): Triple-click the switch from ON or OFF to enter Strobe mode. Another triple-click will cycle through SOS and Beacon modes.

5.3 Funcions especials

• Bloqueig/Desbloqueig: Quadruple-click the switch from OFF to lock the flashlight. In lock-out mode, momentary ON is available by pressing and holding the switch. Quadruple-click again to unlock.
• Switch Backlight ON/OFF: Click the switch seven times from OFF to toggle the backlight on or off.

6. Manteniment

• Neteja: Wipe the flashlight body with a soft cloth. For optical surfaces, use a lens cleaning cloth.
• Cura de la bateria: Recharge the Li-ion battery regularly to maintain its lifespan. Avoid fully discharging the battery.
• Segells impermeables: Periodically check the O-rings for wear and tear. Replace if damaged to maintain the waterproof rating. Ensure the USB-C port cover is always sealed when not charging.

7. Solució De Problemes

If you encounter issues with your flashlight, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Ensure the battery insulation sheet has been removed.
  • Check if the battery is inserted correctly with the positive (+) end towards the head.
  • Comproveu que la bateria estigui carregada.
  • Ensure the flashlight is not in lock-out mode (quadruple-click from OFF to unlock).
• Llum tènue o parpellejant:
  • Pot ser que la bateria estigui baixa; recarregueu-la.

• L'indicador de càrrega no funciona:
  • Check the USB-C cable and power source connection.

Note: The above data is lab-tested with a 10280 Li-ion battery. Runtime on High and Turbo modes is cumulative due to overheat protection.
