1. Introducció
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Herdio HE-68AMPBT5104 Bluetooth & AUX Mini Amplifier. This compact audio amplifier is designed to connect Bluetooth devices to low impedance speakers via its built-in power amplifier. It also features an auxiliary input for devices connected via a 3.5mm jack, USB input, and microphone input. The unit is compatible with most Bluetooth devices, including Amazon Alexa and Echo products.

4.1 Controls i indicadors del tauler frontal

- Power Button (PWR) / Play/Pause: Press and hold for 3 seconds to power on/off. Short press to play/pause audio.
- Mode Button (MODE) / Factory Reset: Press and hold for 3 seconds to restore factory settings. Short press to switch between Bluetooth, USB, AUX, and MIC input modes.
- Volume Down (VOL-) / TWS: Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on/off TWS (True Wireless Stereo) mode. Short press to decrease the volume.
- Volume Up (VOL+) / MONO: Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on/off Mono Mode. Short press to increase the volume.
- Pista anterior: Press and hold for 3 seconds for fast rewind. Short press to go to the previous song.
- Pista següent: Press and hold for 3 seconds for fast forward. Short press to go to the next song.

5. Instruccions de configuració
5.1 Connexió dels altaveus
The unit can power up to 4 speakers at 4 or 8 Ohms. Follow these steps to connect your speakers:

- Connect the push-in terminals on the rear of your speakers to the corresponding speaker output terminals (L1+, L1-, R1+, R1-, L2+, L2-, R2+, R2-) on the ampmés viu.
- Use the appropriate side of the speaker cable to connect the negative (-) terminals of the amplifier and the speaker. Similarly, connect the positive (+) terminals of both components.
- Loosen each screw on the green terminal blocks of the amplifier, insert one end of the bare speaker wire into the terminal, and then tighten the screw. Gently pull the cable to ensure a secure connection.
- Insert the bare wire into the speaker terminal and fix it. Test the connection by gently pulling the cable.
5.2 Connexió d'alimentació
Connect the supplied 12V-24V DC power adapter to the PWR input jack on the side of the amplifier. Then, plug the power adapter into a suitable wall outlet.

6. Instruccions de funcionament
6.1 Engegada/Apagada i Selecció de Mode
- To power on or off the unit, press and hold the Power button (1) for 3 seconds.
- To switch between input modes (Bluetooth, USB, AUX, MIC), short press the Mode button (2).
6.2 Bluetooth Device Pairing
- Ensure the unit is in 'Bluetooth Mode' by selecting BT using the Mode button (2). The Bluetooth LED indicator will blink.
- On your smart device, go to its Bluetooth Network Settings and search for available devices.
- Connecta't al amplifier. The network name will appear as 'Herdio'. No password is required, but if prompted, enter '0000'.
- Upon successful pairing, the Bluetooth LED indicator light will stop blinking and shine solid, indicating the unit is ready to transmit audio.
6.3 USB Port Usage
- The USB port functions as a USB card reader for playing audio files.
- It also provides USB charging at 5V 1A.
6.4 AUX IN Usage
- Connect your audio device (e.g., smartphone, tablet) to the 3.5mm AUX IN jack using a 3.5mm audio cable.
- Select AUX mode using the Mode button (2).
6.5 MIC IN Usage
- Connect a 1/4 inch microphone to the MIC IN jack.
- Select MIC mode using the Mode button (2).
6.6 TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Operation
To pair two Herdio amplifiers for TWS mode:

- On one amplifier, press and hold the Volume Down / TWS button (3) for 3 seconds. The yellow LED will flash, indicating TWS pairing mode.

6.7 Mono Operation
To switch the audio signal from stereo to mono:
- Press and hold the Volume Up / MONO button (4) for 3 seconds. The green LED will turn on solid, indicating the amplifier audio signal is now mono.
