5.2 Using the Stopwatch (Chronograph)

1. Enter Stopwatch Mode by pressing the 'Toggle button' until 'CHR' or 'TMR' is displayed.
2. Press the 'Adjust time/running start/pause button' (top right) to start the stopwatch.
3. Press the 'Adjust time/running start/pause button' again to pause/resume.
4. Press the 'Toggle button' (bottom left) while paused to reset the stopwatch to zero.

1. Enter Alarm Mode by pressing the 'Toggle button' until 'ALM' is displayed.
2. Press and hold the 'Adjust time/running start/pause button' (top right) until the alarm time starts flashing.
