5.1 Requisits previs

• A Tuya Zigbee Gateway/Hub (sold separately) connected to your home network.
• The Tuya Smart or Smart Life app installed on your smartphone or tablet.

5.2 Pairing the Motion Sensor with the Tuya App

Once successfully paired and installed, the PIR motion detector will continuously monitor its environment. When human or animal movement is detected within its 120° angle and 5-8 meter range, it will trigger an event. The Tuya app will then push a warning message or alert notification to your smartphone, keeping you informed of activity at home, even when you are away.

6.2 Smart Scenarios and Automation

Leverage the Tuya Smart Life platform to create intelligent automation routines:

1. Gently twist or pry open the sensor casing.

  • Bring the sensor closer to the Zigbee Gateway during the pairing process.
  • Ensure your mobile phone is connected to the same network as the gateway.
