1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the Shanwan Q34 Bluetooth Gamepad Gaming Controller. This controller is designed to provide a superior gaming experience across multiple platforms, including Nintendo Switch, PC, Android, and iOS devices. It features advanced technologies such as Hall effect joysticks, a six-axis gyroscope, and dual vibration motors for precise control and immersive feedback. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper setup and operation.

3. Configuració i connexió

3.1 Càrrega del controlador

Before first use, fully charge the controller using the provided Type-C data cable. Connect the cable to the controller's charging port and a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The controller's battery capacity is 600mAh. A full charge allows for a standby time of up to 60 days.

3.2 Modes de connexió

The Shanwan Q34 supports three connection modes: Wired, Bluetooth, and 2.4G Receiver.

3.2.1 Connexió Bluetooth

This is the primary wireless connection method for most compatible devices.

1. Assegureu-vos que el controlador estigui prou carregat.
2. Turn on the controller by pressing the Home button.
3. On your device (Switch, PC, Android, iOS), go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
4. Select "Shanwan Q34" or a similar name from the list of available devices to pair.
5. Once paired, the controller's indicator lights will confirm a successful connection.

3.2.2 Connexió per cable

For a stable, low-latency connection, use the provided Type-C data cable.

1. Connect one end of the Type-C cable to the controller's port.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB port on your PC or Nintendo Switch dock.
3. The controller should be automatically recognized by your device.

3.2.3 2.4G Receiver Connection (Optional)

If you have a 2.4G receiver (purchased separately), you can use this for wireless connection, typically with PCs.

1. Plug the 2.4G receiver into a USB port on your PC.

The Shanwan Q34 features a standard gamepad layout, including:

4.3 Suport multiplataforma

The Q34 controller is compatible with a wide range of platforms:

• Nintendo Switch: Connect wirelessly via Bluetooth for full compatibility.
• PC (Windows 10 and above): Connect via Bluetooth or wired connection. Supports direct play.

4.4 Suport d'aplicacions

The controller can be enhanced with dedicated applications for advanced customization:

• GamepadSpace: Allows for parameter and function settings, key modification, macro reconnection programming, and trigger settings.
• ShootingPlus V3+: Enables playing Android touch screen games (shooting, fighting, etc.) with the controller.

5. Manteniment

5.1 Neteja

• Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the controller.
• Per a la brutícia persistent, lleugerament dampal drap amb aigua o una solució de neteja suau.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the surface.

5.2 Emmagatzematge

• Guardeu el controlador en un lloc fresc i sec, allunyat de la llum solar directa i de temperatures extremes.
• Eviteu col·locar objectes pesats sobre el controlador.

5.3 Cura de la bateria

• Per allargar la durada de la bateria, eviteu descarregar-la completament amb freqüència.
• If storing for an extended period, charge the controller to about 50% and recharge every few months.

6. Solució De Problemes

6.1 El controlador no es connecta

• Comproveu la bateria: Assegureu-vos que el controlador estigui carregat.
• Emparellament Bluetooth: Make sure the controller is in pairing mode and your device's Bluetooth is enabled and searching. Try unpairing and re-pairing.
• Connexió per cable: Verify the Type-C cable is securely connected to both the controller and the device. Try a different USB port or cable.
• Interferència: Acosteu-vos al dispositiu i allunyeu-vos d'altres dispositius sense fil que puguin causar interferències.

6.2 Input Lag or Unresponsive Buttons

• Nivell de bateria: Low battery can affect performance. Charge the controller.
• Distància: Reduce the distance between the controller and your device.
• Mode per cable: If experiencing lag wirelessly, try connecting via the Type-C cable.
• Programari/Controladors: Ensure your device's operating system and game drivers are up to date.

6.3 Joystick Drift (Unlikely with Hall Effect)

• While Hall effect joysticks are designed to prevent drift, if you experience any, try recalibrating the controller through your device's settings (e.g., Nintendo Switch controller calibration).
• Ensure no physical obstructions are affecting the joystick movement.
