Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure proper operation and to get the most out of your device.

Guia de configuració

1. Instal·lació de la bateria

   Ensure the scale is placed on a hard, flat surface. Open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale and insert the required AAA batteries, observing the correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.

2. Descàrrega i instal·lació d'aplicacions

   Download the "INSMART Health" app from the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). The app requires iOS 8.0 / Android 6.0 or higher and Bluetooth 5.0.

   

3. Emparellament Bluetooth

   Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone. Open the INSMART Health app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your scale. Step onto the scale briefly to activate it and initiate the pairing process.

4. Usuari Profile Creació

   Once paired, create your user profile within the app. You can add personal details such as age, height, and gender for accurate body composition analysis. The INSMART Health app supports unlimited users, allowing your entire family to use the scale and track their individual data.

   

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Prendre una mesura

   Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Open the INSMART Health app on your smartphone. Step onto the scale barefoot and stand still. The scale will automatically turn on and display your weight. Remain on the scale until all measurements are complete and displayed on the scale and in the app.

   

2. Viewing Body Composition Data

   The INSMART Health app provides detailed analysis of 16 body data items, including:

   • Pes
   • Massa muscular
   • IMC (índex de massa corporal)

   Tu pots view daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly changes within the app to track your progress.

   

3. Sincronització de dades

   The INSMART Health app can synchronize core data with other popular fitness applications such as Apple Health and Google Fit, allowing for a centralized view of your health data.

4. Canvi d'unitats de pes

   The weight unit (kg / lb / st) can be switched directly within the INSMART Health app settings.

Manteniment

• Neteja

  Wipe the scale's tempered glass surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water. Ensure the scale is dry before storage or next use.

• Canvi de bateria

  If the display becomes dim or the scale does not turn on, replace the batteries. Always replace all batteries at the same time with new ones of the same type.

• Emmagatzematge

  Guardeu la bàscula en un lloc fresc i sec, allunyat de la llum solar directa i de temperatures extremes. Eviteu col·locar objectes pesats a sobre de la bàscula quan no l'utilitzeu.

Resolució de problemes

Scale does not turn on or display is dim:

Comproveu si les piles estan correctament instal·lades i tenen prou càrrega. Canvieu les piles si cal.

Lectures inexactes:

Ensure the scale is placed on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring. Stand still with bare feet centered on the electrodes for accurate body composition measurements.

App connectivity issues (Bluetooth):

• Assegureu-vos que el Bluetooth estigui habilitat al vostre telèfon intel·ligent.
• Make sure the scale is within range of your smartphone.
• Restart the INSMART Health app and try reconnecting.
• If issues persist, try unpairing and re-pairing the scale in your phone's Bluetooth settings and the app.

Data not syncing to other fitness apps (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit):

• Check the synchronization settings within the INSMART Health app to ensure integration with your desired fitness app is enabled.
• Verify that the INSMART Health app has the necessary permissions to write data to the other fitness app.

App language is incorrect:

The INSMART Health app supports 15 languages. Check the language settings within the app or your smartphone's system language settings.
