1. Introducció
The DY-HL30T is a versatile DC 9V-24V 30W Mono Voice Playback Module designed for various applications requiring triggered audio playback. It features 9 input signals for one-on-one segmented trigger control, supporting MP3 and WAV decoding formats. With a low-level trigger mechanism, it can directly drive 4-8ohm speakers with up to 30W output. The module supports TF cards up to 32GB for audio storage and allows easy file replacement via a USB data cable connection to a computer. Volume adjustment is possible via a potentiometer, and it can be externally connected with warning lights or buzzers. Multiple triggering working modes can be configured using a DIP switch, making it adaptable for diverse scenarios.

4. Configuració
4.1 Connexió del cablejat
Refer to the diagram below for proper wiring of the module. Ensure all connections are secure before applying power.

- GND/COM: This is the common terminal for trigger signals.
- S1-S9: These are the 9 trigger input pins. Each pin can be configured to play a specific audio file (e.g., S1 for 00001.mp3, S2 for 00002.mp3, etc.). These are low-level trigger inputs, meaning they are triggered by connecting them to GND.
- 9-24V Terminal: Connect your DC 9V-24V power supply here.
- Ponent: Connect your 4-8ohm speaker to these terminals. The module supports 10W-30W speakers.
- Light/Alarm Output: This output provides voltage identical to the input work voltage and can be used to connect external alarm or warning lights.
- Playing Indicator: Green LED indicates power is ON, Red LED indicates playback.
- Micro USB Socket: Used to connect the module to a PC for downloading music files.
- Ajustar el volum: A potentiometer allows for volume adjustment.
- Switch Module (DIP Switch): A 3-bit red toggle switch (ON DP 1 2 3) is used to set the 8 different triggering modes.
- Socket de targeta TF: Insert a TF memory card (up to 32GB) here for audio file emmagatzematge.
4.2 TF Card Preparation
The module requires a TF (MicroSD) card for storing audio files. Please follow these guidelines:
- Format: The TF card must be formatted to FAT32. NTFS format is not supported.
- File Denominació: Àudio files (MP3 or WAV) must be named as 5-digit numbers, for exampel,
00001.mp3,00002.mp3, up to00009.mp3. - File Transferència: After inserting the TF card into the module and connecting the module to a computer via a USB data cable, the TF card will be recognized as a removable disk (U disk). You can then directly copy audio files to the TF card.
- Inter-Cut Trigger Mode: If using the Inter-Cut Trigger mode, background music should be stored in the root directory, and insert music must be placed in a folder named "CHABO". For other play modes, a "CHABO" folder is not required.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1 Work Modes Configuration
The DY-HL30T module offers 9 different work modes, configured using the 3-bit red DIP switch. Important: The power must be restarted after changing the DIP switch settings for the new mode to take effect.

Here is a summary of the work modes:
| Mode de treball | Descripció de la funció | Escenaris aplicables |
|---|---|---|
| Level Trigger Non-interruptible | Input trigger signal to start playing. Stop after playing once. Input trigger signal again is invalid during playing. Loop playback if input signal is kept. | Cannot be interrupted by other signals during playing. Only the first triggered signal plays when multiple signals are triggered simultaneously. |
| Level Trigger Interruptible | Input trigger signal to start playing. Stop after playing once. Replay music after input trigger signal again during playing. Loop playback if input signal is kept. | Immediately replays music upon receiving a signal. Only the last triggered signal plays when multiple signals are triggered simultaneously. |
| Pulse Trigger Non-interruptible | Input trigger signal to start playing. Stop after playing once. Input trigger signal again is invalid during playing. Plays just once even if input signal is kept. | Plays music in the order of triggering when multiple signals are triggered simultaneously. |
| Pulse Trigger Interruptible | Input trigger signal to start playing. Stop after playing once. Replay music after input trigger signal again during playing. Plays just once even if input signal is kept. | Immediately replays music upon receiving a signal. Only the last triggered signal plays when multiple signals are triggered simultaneously. |
| Level Keep Trigger | Plays when input signal is kept. Stops immediately if input signal is removed. Input other trigger signals again is invalid during playing. | Signal hold trigger. |
| Play/Pause Trigger | Input trigger signal to start playing and keep loop playback. Input trigger signal again to stop. Restarts playback after input trigger signal again during stopping. | Self-locking playback. |
| Inter-Cut Trigger | Plays music in folder CHABO in root directory. S1-S9 can trigger music in folder CHABO after input trigger signal. Plays background music after power ON. Input trigger signal again is invalid during playing. | Background music names cannot be 00001.mp3 to 00009.mp3. Replays background music after inter-cut music. S1-S9 can trigger music 00001.mp3 to 00009.mp3 in folder CHABO. |
| MP3 Mode 1 | S1: Connect to GND. S2: Next Music. S3: Prev Music. S4: VOL+. S5: VOL-. | Input trigger signal to start playing. Stop after playing once. Play in order of music files. Potentiometer adjusts the upper limit of the maximum volume. |
| MP3 Mode 2 | S1: NC. S2: Next Music. S3: Prev Music. S4: VOL+. S5: VOL-. S6: Play/Pause. S7: Single/Cycle. | Automatically loops all music inside the folder after power ON. Potentiometer adjusts the upper limit of the maximum volume. |
5.2 Ajust de volum
The module is equipped with a potentiometer (blue component with a screw slot) that allows you to adjust the output volume. Turn clockwise to increase volume and counter-clockwise to decrease it.
5.3 Àudio File Gestió
To replace or update audio files on the TF card:
- Ensure the TF card is inserted into the module.
- Connect the module to your computer using a Micro USB data cable.
- The computer should recognize the TF card as a removable disk.
- Copy your desired MP3 or WAV audio files to the TF card, ensuring they are named correctly (e.g.,
00001.mp3). - Safely eject the removable disk from your computer before disconnecting the USB cable.
5.4 Llums indicadors
The module features two indicator lights:
- Indicador verd: Illuminates when the module is powered ON.

8. Consells d'usuari
- The trigger inputs (S1-S9) are low-level triggers, meaning they respond to a GND signal.
- Always power cycle the module after changing the DIP switch settings to ensure the new mode is applied.
- For the Inter-Cut Trigger mode, ensure background music is in the root directory and insert music is in the "CHABO" folder. For other modes, a "CHABO" folder is not necessary.
- Verify that your TF card is formatted to FAT32 and not NTFS for proper operation.
- Assegureu-vos l'àudio files are named with 5 digits (e.g.,
00001.mp3) for correct recognition and playback.
9. Solució De Problemes
- Sense so: Check power supply (9V-24V DC), speaker connection (4-8ohm), and ensure the volume potentiometer is not set to minimum. Verify TF card is inserted and contains correctly named audio files.
- Incorrect Playback Mode: Ensure the DIP switch settings match your desired work mode and that the module was power cycled after changing the settings.
- FileNo s'està reproduint: Confirm TF card is FAT32 formatted. Check that audio files are MP3 or WAV format and named with 5 digits (e.g.,
00001.mp3). If using Inter-Cut Trigger mode, verify folder structure for background and insert music. - Module Not Recognized by PC: Ensure the Micro USB cable is functional and properly connected. Try a different USB port or cable.
