It is crucial to select the correct model based on your vehicle's factory OEM cover. Please refer to the images below to identify the correct model for your vehicle.

The dash cam automatically turns on when your car starts and turns off when your car is switched off. No manual intervention is required for daily recording.

• **Memory Card:** Regularly format the memory card via the app settings to prevent data corruption and ensure continuous recording. It is recommended to use Class 10 specification SanDisk/KIOXIA/Samsung memory cards with a capacity of 32GB or 64GB. The maximum supported size is 256GB.
• **Cleaning:** Keep the camera lens clean from dust and smudges using a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
• **Firmware Updates:** Check the Fitcamx app periodically for any available firmware updates to improve performance and add new features.
• **Regular Checks:** Periodically check that the camera is working properly, especially after car maintenance or battery replacement, to ensure continuous recording.

Problem 1: Apple iPhone connection failed

Solució:

1. First, turn off the Cellular Data in your phone settings, then connect to the dash cam's Wi-Fi.
2. If your phone is connected to the car's CarPlay, turn off Bluetooth, then connect the camera Wi-Fi.
3. Check if the album and network permissions for the Fitcamx App have been granted. (Album permission is only used to save videos and pictures recorded by the camera into the phone album).

Problem 2: Android phone connection failure

Solució:

1. After connecting to the camera's Wi-Fi, your phone may prompt that you can't access the Internet. Please click "Keep WLAN Connection".

Problem 3: App cannot save settings (default settings are restored after reboot)

Solució: After setting the App, press and hold the power button of the camera to turn off the camera, then press the power button briefly to turn on the camera. This saves the settings.

1. Open the App settings to format the memory card and then record the video.
2. If the App album still has no video, insert the memory card into a computer to check if it is damaged or incompatible. If so, replace the memory card.

Problem 5: Why doesn't my computer play the videos? Or why is the playback video not smooth?

Solució:

1. We recommend using PotPlayer and KMplayer for video playback.
2. If the computer configuration is too low, it may cause playback to be choppy, especially for 4K resolution videos.

Problem 6: Why can't you connect 2 phones at the same time?

Solució: The dash cam's Wi-Fi only supports connecting one phone at a time. If another phone needs to be connected, you must first disconnect the Wi-Fi of the first phone.
