5. Configuració
- Desempaquetar la màquina: Carefully remove the laser engraving machine and all accessories from the packaging. Remove any tape or EPE (Expanded Polyethylene) used for securing components during transit. Check for a pearl cotton pad below the bottom plate and behind the radiator, and remove it.
- Col·loca la màquina: Position the machine on a stable, flat surface in a well-ventilated area.
- Connecteu-vos a l'alimentació: Connect the provided 5V/2A power adapter to the machine's power port and then to a power outlet. Alternatively, you can power it via a USB port on your PC.
- Connexió a l'ordinador: Use the provided USB cable to connect the machine's data port to your computer. The machine is compatible with Windows (XP, 7, 8, 10) and Mac OS.
- Instal·lar programari:
- Per a PC: Install the NEJE software on your Windows or Mac OS computer. Refer to the included software instructions or the NEJE website for download and installation.
- Per a mòbils: Download and install the "NEJE Scanner" app on your Android device. This app allows for hand-drawn creations, photo scanning, and direct transfer to the engraver.
- Comprovació inicial: Turn on the machine using the ON/OFF button. The software should automatically detect and connect to the device.

6. Instruccions de funcionament
6.1 Preparing for Engraving
- Col·locació del material: Place the material you wish to engrave on the engraving platform. Ensure it is stable and flat.
- Ajust del focus: The laser head features a focusing cap. Rotate this cap to adjust the laser focus. Use the provided green focus piece to ensure the minimum focus point is precisely on the surface of the object. A smaller focal point results in better engraving effect and higher precision.
- Panell protector: Always ensure the magnetic protective panel is in place or wear laser safety glasses before starting any engraving task.

6.2 Ús del programari
The NEJE software (for PC) and NEJE Scanner app (for mobile) provide the interface for controlling the engraver.
- Image Selection/Creation:
- Programari de PC: Import images (JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP) into the NEJE software. The software features a professional word processing algorithm to restore your design accurately.
- NEJE Scanner App: Use the app to scan hand-drawn pictures or existing photos. The app's intelligent algorithm will process the image for engraving and allow direct transfer to the machine.

- Neteja: Regularly clean the engraving platform and the laser lens to ensure optimal performance and prevent debris buildup. Use a soft, dry cloth.

8. Solució De Problemes
- La màquina no es connecta: Ensure the USB data cable is securely connected to both the machine and the computer. Verify that the NEJE software is running and that the machine is powered on. Try restarting both the software and the machine.
- El làser no dispara/Gravat feble: Check the laser focus. Ensure the minimum focus point is on the material surface. Verify the laser power settings in the software. Ensure the laser tube is correctly installed and not damaged.
- Engraving Quality Issues: Adjust the image resolution and engraving parameters in the software. Ensure the material is clean and properly positioned. Re-check the laser focus.
- Problemes de programari: If the software is unresponsive or displaying errors, try restarting it. Ensure your operating system and NEJE software are up to date.
