Introducció

This manual provides instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your new RG15A(B)/E AC Remote Control. This remote is designed to be compatible with various Midea, Magnavox, and Olmo air conditioner models, including RG15A2(B)/E, RG15A1(B)/ER, and RG15A3(B)/E. Configuració

Instal·lació de la bateria

The remote control requires one CR2025 battery (not included).

1. Pas 1: traieu la coberta de la bateria
   Insert a coin vertically into the groove on the battery cover. Rotate the coin 45 degrees clockwise, ensuring the groove aligns with the "unlock" sign. Gently remove the battery cover.
2. Pas 2: instal·leu la bateria
   Install one CR2025 battery inside the remote controller with the positive (+) side facing up.
3. Step 3: Replace Battery Cover
   Align the battery cover groove with the "unlock" sign. Insert a coin vertically into the groove and press it gently. Rotate the coin 45 degrees counter-clockwise, ensuring the groove aligns with the "lock" sign.

PRECAUCIÓ:

• Do not use batteries other than the type specified (CR2025).

Instruccions de funcionament

This remote control operates via Infrared (IR) communication. Ensure there is a clear line of sight between the remote and the air conditioner's receiver.

Funcions del botó:

• Botó d'engegada (⏻): Encén o apaga l'aire condicionat.
• Botó MODE: Canvia pels modes de funcionament (per exemple, Refrigeració, Calefacció, Ventilador, Deshidratació, Automàtic).
• +/- Botons: Adjusts the temperature setting.
• Botó TIMER: Sets or cancels the timer function for automatic ON/OFF.
• Botó SPEED: Ajusta la velocitat del ventilador (per exemple, Baixa, Mitjana, Alta, Automàtic).
• ENERGY SAVER Button: activa o desactiva el mode d'estalvi d'energia.
• ONE TOUCH Button: Activates a pre-programmed comfort setting with a single press.
• Botó SLEEP: Activates or deactivates the sleep mode, which adjusts temperature for comfortable sleep.

To operate, point the remote control directly at the air conditioner's receiver and press the desired button. An audible beep from the air conditioner usually confirms reception of the command.

Netegeu el comandament a distància amb un drap suau i sec. No utilitzeu netejadors líquids ni materials abrasius, ja que poden danyar la superfície o els components interns.

• Replace batteries when the remote's range decreases or it becomes unresponsive.
• If the remote will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent leakage and corrosion.

Resolució de problemes

• El comandament a distància no respon:
  • Check if the battery is inserted correctly with the positive (+) side up.

  • Ensure there are no obstacles between the remote control and the air conditioner's receiver.
  • Make sure you are within the effective operating range (approximately 5 meters).

  • The battery may be low; replace it.
  • Strong light sources (e.g., direct sunlight, fluorescent lamps) can interfere with IR signals. Try operating the remote in a different environment.
