4.1 Instrucció del panell

5. Configuració

5.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

The tachometer is powered by 2 x 1.5V AAA (R03/LR03) batteries. To install or replace batteries:

6.1 Encès/Apagat

6.2 Infrared Non-Contact Measurement (TA500A, TA500C)

This method uses a laser to measure RPM without physical contact.

1. Ensure reflective tape is applied to the rotating object.
2. Press the "TEST" button to activate the infrared beam.
3. Aim the laser point perpendicular to the rotating reflective strip.
4. Keep the distance between the tachometer and the object within 50mm to 500mm.
5. The RPM reading will be displayed on the screen.

6.3 Contact Measurement (TA500B, TA500C)

This method uses physical contact with the rotating object via measuring accessories.

1. Attach the appropriate measuring accessory (e.g., cone, funnel, or wheel) to the tachometer's shaft.
2. Press the "UNIT" key to select the desired mode (e.g., RPM, ft/min, m/min). The corresponding symbol will flash on the display.
3. Press the "TEST" button.
4. Gently press the measuring accessory against the center of the rotating object.
5. The measurement will begin, and the reading will be displayed.

During measurement, press the "HOLD" button to freeze the current reading on the display. Press "HOLD" again to resume live measurement.
