3. Contingut del paquet
Upon unboxing, please verify that all accessories are complete. The kit typically includes the RF Power Amplifier PCB board. Additional components like power modules, radiators, and feeders are usually sourced separately by the user.
4. Configuració i instal·lació
- Radiator Preparation: Before installing, prepare a radiator larger than the PCB board with a thickness of more than 25MM. This is crucial for heat dissipation and stable operation.
-
Module and PCB Mounting:

The red marked positions indicate the two screw holes for fixing the power amplifier module and the PCB. These screws also connect to the negative pole (GND) of the module. Proper fastening with screws is essential for the module's functionality.
The green marked positions are screw holes for fixing the PCB board itself. These points also serve as the GND for the PCB. To prevent self-excitation in the high-frequency circuit, it is recommended to fix the PCB to the radiator with screws, effectively grounding the board and reducing self-excitation.

Diagrama de cablejat:
Block diagram illustrating the working principle and connections: 1-5W radio connects to the RF amplifier via a 50Ω feeder, and the RF amplifier connects to the antenna via another 50Ω feeder. Power supply is DC 12V, 20A. Connect your 1-5W radio to the RF amplifier via a 50Ω feeder. Connect the RF amplifier to your antenna via another 50Ω feeder. Ensure the power supply is DC 12V with a minimum of 20A capability.
5. Instruccions de funcionament
- Functional Mode Selection: Select the corresponding functional mode based on your specific requirements and the capabilities of the connected radio.

Identificació de components:
Key components for debugging and operation: 1: Electric indicator (green) and emission indicator light (red). 2: 1-5W power input (external stud hole SMA). 3: DC-12-13.8V power interface. 4: Module, second pin (VGG) voltage and power adjustment potentiometer. 5: Power output interface. - 1: Electric indicator (green) and emission indicator light (red).
- 2: 1-5W power input (external stud hole SMA).
- 3: DC-12-13.8V power interface.
- 4: Module, second pin (VGG) voltage and power adjustment potentiometer. Turning clockwise increases voltage, counter-clockwise decreases.
- 5: Power output interface (upper, lower, right).
-
Debugging and Voltage Adjustment (RA Series Modules):
For RA series modules, it is crucial to remove the module from the PCB board before debugging. All pins can be welded once the voltage is adjusted. The working voltage for the VGG pin (second from the left foot) of the RA module should be between 2.3-3.3V. A higher voltage typically results in larger output power.
To debug, connect a multimeter set to DC voltage. Connect the red probe to the VGG pin (second pin of the module on the PCB board) and the black probe to the anode (GND). Press the launch button on your interphone, then adjust the blue potentiometer (component 4 in the image) on the board. The multimeter will display the voltage, which can be adjusted as needed.
-
Debugging and Voltage Adjustment (M or S Series Modules):
For M or S series modules, the working voltage is 10-14V. These modules can be directly mounted to the PCB board and adjusted to 10-12V.

Demostració de l'operació:
Video demonstrating the RF power amplifier board in operation, showing power input and output measurements on a DC power supply unit. Note: The RF power amplifier board itself is not included in the video, it's a reference for setup.
6. Manteniment
- Keep the board clean and free from dust and debris.
- Ensure proper ventilation and heat dissipation by regularly checking the radiator for obstructions.
- Avoid exposing the board to extreme temperatures or humidity.
7. Solució De Problemes
- Module Not Functioning: If the module does not work after installation, ensure it is properly fixed with screws. These screws are critical for both physical stability and electrical connection to the negative pole (GND).
- High-Frequency Self-Excitation: If you experience self-excitation in the high-frequency circuit, verify that the PCB board is properly grounded to the radiator using a screw at the designated GND points.
- Unexpected Output Power: If the output power is not as expected, check the VGG voltage. Refer to the "Debugging and Voltage Adjustment" section (Section 5) and adjust the blue potentiometer accordingly.
