Instruccions de configuració

1. Choosing and Attaching Ear Tips

   Select the ear tips that provide the best seal and comfort for your ears. The KZ Castor includes thermoplastic slow rebound memory foam eartips designed for enhanced wearing comfort, noise reduction, and sound isolation. Gently push the chosen ear tips onto the nozzle of the earphones until they are securely attached.

2. Connexió del cable

   The KZ Castor earphones use a C Pin type connector. Align the C Pin connectors on the cable with the corresponding ports on each earbud. Gently push them together until they click into place. Ensure the cable is correctly oriented for the left (L) and right (R) earbuds.

3. Understanding the Two Versions

   The KZ Castor is available in two versions, each with a distinct sound profile:

   • Harman Target Version: Tuned to closely follow the acclaimed Harman FR curve, offering a balanced and accurate sound perception.
   • Harman Target with Improved Bass Version: Enhances low-frequency sensitivity and dynamic performance for a deeper bass experience, while maintaining Harman FR curve alignment for mid and high frequencies.

4. Acoustic Tuning with DIP Switches

   The KZ Castor features built-in professional-grade acoustic filters with DIP switches, allowing you to fine-tune the sound. There are 4 switches on each earbud, offering 16 different audio profiles. Use the included tuning lever to adjust the switches.

   • Switch 1 On: Low frequency increased by 1dB
   • Switch 1 & 2 On: Low frequency increased by 2dB
   • Switch 3 On: Mid-high frequency increased by 1dB
   • Switch 3 & 4 On: Mid-high frequency increased by 2dB
   • All Switches On: Overall frequency response is elevated.

   Experiment with different combinations to find your preferred sound profile for various music styles.

1. Portant els auriculars

   Insert the earphones into your ears, ensuring a snug and comfortable fit. The cable is designed to loop over your ear for secure placement and reduced microphonics.

2. Connexió a una font d'àudio

   Plug the 3.5mm L-bending connector of the cable into the headphone jack of your audio device (e.g., smartphone, digital audio player, computer, PS5 controller).

3. Using the Control Button and Microphone

   The KZ Castor earphones are equipped with a control button and a microphone (if you selected the MIC version). The control button typically allows for:

   • Single press: Play/Pause music, Answer/End calls.
   • Double press: Next track (functionality may vary by device).
   • Triple press: Previous track (functionality may vary by device).

Manteniment i cura

• Consells per netejar les orelles: Regularly remove and clean the ear tips with a soft, damp drap. Assegureu-vos que estiguin completament secs abans de tornar-los a enganxar.
