5. Configuració
5.1 Instal·lació de la bateria
- Assegureu-vos que el comptador estigui apagat.
- Localitzeu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior del mesurador.
- Utilitzeu un tornavís per obrir el compartiment de la bateria.
- Insert three (3) AAA 1.5V batteries, observing the correct polarity (+ and -).
- Substituïu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria i fixeu-la amb el cargol.
5.2 Initial Power-On and Self-Test
- Premeu el botó d'encesa per encendre el mesurador.
- The meter will perform a self-test, indicated by a 'CAL' display, ensuring all functions are ready.
- After the self-test, the meter will typically enter 'SMART' mode, automatically recognizing measurement signals.

5.3 Connexió dels cables de prova
- Per al voltage, resistance, capacitance, diode, and continuity measurements, insert the black test lead into the 'COM' terminal and the red test lead into the 'INPUT' terminal.
- Ensure a secure connection before making any measurements.
6. Instruccions de funcionament
The KC602 features a 'SMART' mode for automatic recognition of measurement types, but also allows for manual function selection.

6.1 Smart Mode (Auto Ranging)
When powered on, the meter defaults to 'SMART' mode. In this mode, the meter automatically identifies the input signal (AC/DC voltage, resistance, continuity) and selects the appropriate measurement range.
6.2 Manual Function Selection
Premeu el botó AUTO/FUNC button to cycle through different measurement modes. The selected mode will be indicated on the display.
- Mesura de corrent AC/DC (Clamp Jaw):
- Select the current measurement mode (A~ or A=).
- Obriu el clamp jaw and enclose a single conductor. Ensure the jaw is fully closed.
- Read the current value on the display. For DC current, use the ZERO button to zero the reading before measurement if needed.

- Volum AC / DCtage Mesura:
- Connect the test leads to the 'COM' and 'INPUT' terminals.
- Seleccioneu el voltage measurement mode (V~ or V=).
- Connecteu les sondes de prova al circuit o component que s'ha de mesurar.
- Llegeix el voltage valor a la pantalla.

- Mesura de la resistència:
- Connecteu els cables de prova.
- Select the resistance mode (Ω).
- Ensure the circuit is de-energized. Connect the probes across the component.
- Llegiu el valor de la resistència.
- Mesura de la capacitat:
- Connecteu els cables de prova.
- Select the capacitance mode (F).
- Ensure the capacitor is discharged before connecting the probes.
- Llegiu el valor de la capacitança.
- Prova de díode:
- Connecteu els cables de prova.
- Select the diode test mode (symbol).
- Connecteu la sonda vermella a l'ànode i la sonda negra al càtode del díode.
- Llegeix el vol endavanttage drop. Reverse the probes to check for open circuit.

- Bring the top of the meter close to the conductor.

- Select the Live mode.
- Use the red test probe to touch the suspected live wire.
- The meter will indicate if the wire is live.

- INRUSH Current Test:
- In AC current mode, press the SEL/INRUSH button to activate Inrush measurement.
- This function measures the initial surge current when a device is turned on.
- Mesura MÀX/MÍN:
- During any measurement, press the MAX/MIN botó per activar aquesta funció.
- The meter will display the maximum or minimum value recorded since the function was activated. Press again to cycle between MAX, MIN, and current reading.
- Funció ZERO:
- In DC current mode, press the ZERO button to eliminate any residual offset before measurement.
6.3 Apagat automàtic
The meter will automatically power off after approximately 15 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery life. Press any button or cycle the power to turn it back on.

7. Manteniment
7.1 Neteja
- Netegeu el mesurador amb un drap sec i suau. No utilitzeu abrasius ni dissolvents.
- Keep the input terminals free from dirt and moisture.
7.2 Substitució de la bateria
When the low battery indicator appears on the display, replace the batteries as described in Section 5.1. Remove batteries if the meter is not used for an extended period.
8. Solució De Problemes
If the meter does not operate correctly, check the following:
- Sense pantalla: Comproveu la instal·lació de les bateries i assegureu-vos que no s'hagin esgotat.
- Lectures incorrectes:
- Ensure test leads are properly connected and not damaged.
- Verify the correct function and range are selected for the measurement.
- For current measurements, ensure only one conductor is within the clamp mandíbula.

- Meter Does Not Respond: Try turning the meter off and on again. If the issue persists, replace the batteries.
