2. Configuració

2.1 Contingut del paquet

2.2 Engegada inicial i selecció d'idioma

  1. Connecteu el cl vermellamp al terminal positiu (+) de la bateria i al cl negreamp al terminal negatiu (-). El dispositiu s'encendrà automàticament.
  2. From the Main Menu, navigate to 'Setup' using the arrow keys and press 'ENTER'.
  3. Select 'LANGUAGE' from the Setup menu.
  4. Choose your preferred language from the list (Chinese, English, German, French, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Russian, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish) and press 'ENTER' to confirm.

3. Instruccions de funcionament

The ANCEL BA301 offers various testing functions accessible from the main menu. Use the arrow keys to navigate and 'ENTER' to select.

3.1 Prova de la bateria

Aquesta funció avalua l'estat general de la bateria.

  1. From the Main Menu, select 'Car' or 'Motorcycle' depending on the battery type.
  2. Choose 'Battery Test'.
  3. Select 'In-Vehicle' or 'Out-of-Vehicle' based on the battery's location.
  4. Seleccioneu el tipus de bateria (per exemple, normal inundada, AGM de placa plana, AGM espiral, GEL, EFB).
  5. Select the battery standard (e.g., CCA, IEC, EN, DIN, BCI).
  6. Enter the battery's rated CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) as specified on the battery label.
  7. The tester will perform the measurement and display results including State of Health (SOH), Internal Resistance (R), CCA, and Voltage (VOL).

3.2 Prova d'arrencada

This test evaluates the vehicle's starting system.

  1. From the Main Menu, select 'Car' or 'Motorcycle'.
  2. Choose 'Cranking Test'.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts: "Please turn off the engine before pressing ENTER to enter the test."
  4. Premeu 'ENTER'.
  5. When prompted "START ENGINE", start the vehicle's engine.
  6. The tester will display the cranking time, cranking status (e.g., NORMAL), and voltage durant la manivela.

3.3 Prova de càrrega

This test checks the vehicle's charging system (alternator).

  1. From the Main Menu, select 'Car' or 'Motorcycle'.
  2. Choose 'Charging Test'.
  3. The tester will perform a ripple test and then prompt: "Increase RPM to 2500 r/min and keep it 5 seconds, Press ENTER to continue".
  4. Increase the engine RPM as instructed and press 'ENTER'.

The device allows you to review stored test results and print them via a PC.

  1. From the Main Menu, select 'Review' to view resultats de les proves guardats prèviament.

4. Manteniment

4.1 Cura del dispositiu

  • Mantingueu el dispositiu net i sec. Netegeu-lo amb un drap suau i sec.amp tela si cal.
  • Eviteu exposar el dispositiu a temperatures extremes, humitat o llum solar directa.
  • Guardeu el dispositiu en un lloc segur quan no l'utilitzeu per evitar danys físics.
