1. Introducció

This manual provides instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your T12 Cordless Soldering Iron. This portable soldering station is designed for use with Ozito 18V lithium batteries, offering quick heating and precise temperature control for various soldering tasks.

• This device is designed for use with Ozito 18V lithium batteries. Using incompatible batteries may cause damage or injury.
• The soldering station features undervoltage protection (default 15.5V) to prevent battery damage.

5. Configuració

1. Connecteu la bateria: Insert a compatible Ozito 18V lithium battery into the battery slot on the main welding station unit. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
2. Connect Soldering Handle: Connect the GX12-4pins interface of the soldering handle to the corresponding port on the welding station.
3. Encès: Locate the power switch on the welding station and turn it to the 'ON' position.
4. Comprovació inicial: The 1.3-inch OLED display should illuminate, showing real-time set temperature, working temperature, voltage, i altres paràmetres.

• 1. Real-Time Set Temperature: Mostra la temperatura objectiu.
• 2. Vibration Prompt: Indicates vibration feedback (e.g., for sleep mode wake-up).
• 3. STC Usage: Shows the usage status of the STC (Soldering Tip Controller).

• 5. Real-Time Working Temperature: Shows the actual temperature of the soldering tip.
• 6. Internal Temperature of the Machine: Displays the internal temperature of the main unit.

6.2 Ajust de temperatura

The soldering iron features an intuitive one-knob control for temperature adjustment. Rotate the knob to increase or decrease the set temperature within the range of 392°F - 896°F (200°C - 480°C).

6.3 Funció BOOST

To temporarily increase the soldering temperature for larger solder joints, use the BOOST function:

• Short press the encoder knob to activate the BOOST function.
• You can set the BOOST duration (0-99 minutes) and the temperature increase (10-80 degrees) via the menu.

6.4 Configuració del menú

The single knob control also allows access to various settings. Press and hold the knob to enter the menu. Rotate the knob to navigate and press to select. Options include:

6.5 Battery Guard Function

The soldering station has a built-in battery guard function to protect your battery. The default undervoltage protection is set to 15.5V. If the battery voltage is unstable, too high, or too low, the system will automatically adjust or cut off power to prevent damage. The setting range for this function is 12V-24V. Typically, no adjustment is needed.

7. Manteniment

• Cura de la bateria: Follow the manufacturer's instructions for your Ozito 18V battery for charging and storage.
• Neteja general: Wipe the main unit and handle with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

7.1 Restaura la configuració predeterminada

If you encounter unexpected behavior or wish to reset all custom settings, you can restore the device to factory defaults. Navigate to the "Restore default" option in the menu (refer to Figure 7). Important: Before restoring, back up any important parameters such as temperature calibration values or custom boost settings, as these will be lost.
