1. Introducció
The EasyThreed K6 is a compact and user-friendly FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printer, ideal for beginners and home users. 4. Configuració i instal·lació
The EasyThreed K6 features a modular design for easy assembly. Follow these steps to get your printer ready:
4.1. Assemble the X,Z Axis to the Base
- Place the X,Z axis assembly onto the printer base.
- Ensure the print head is facing the front of the printer.
- Secure the assembly to the base using the 8 provided screws. Refer to the diagram for screw placement.

4.2. Install Filament Holder and Connect Wires
- Install the filament holder onto the designated slot on the printer.
- Connect the Z-axis motor wires on both sides of the printer.
- Check and ensure the X-axis motor wire connectors are properly connected.

4.3. Connexió d'alimentació
Connect the provided power supply to the printer and plug it into a suitable power outlet (110-240V, 50/60Hz).
4.4. Càrrega de filaments
- Place the PLA filament spool onto the filament holder.
- Preheat the extruder to the recommended temperature for PLA (180-230℃).
- Gently feed the filament into the extruder's intake hole until it is gripped by the gears and starts extruding from the nozzle.
5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1. Preparing Your Model
Before printing, your 3D model (.stl or .obj file) needs to be processed by a slicing software. This software converts the 3D model into G-code (.gcode file), which contains instructions for the printer.
5.2. Slicing Software
The EasyThreed K6 is compatible with its self-developed slicer, Easyware KS, which is simple for beginners. For intermediate and advanced users, CURA or Simplify3D can be used to achieve better print quality and more control over print settings.

5.3. Inici d'una impressió
- Save the generated .gcode file onto the provided TF card.
- Insert the TF card into the printer's card slot.
- Use the 2.4-inch touchscreen to navigate the menu.
- Select the desired .gcode file de la targeta TF.
- Confirm your selection to start the printing process.
5.4. Monitoring and Pausing
Monitor the printing progress via the touchscreen. You can pause or stop a print using the controls on the touchscreen if needed.
5.5. Removing a Print
Once the print is complete and the print bed has cooled, carefully remove the finished model from the detachable print platform. The flexibility of the platform aids in easy removal.

- Use a soft cloth and isopropyl alcohol to clean the surface if necessary.

Occasionally, apply a small amount of lubricant to the smooth rods and lead screws to ensure smooth movement of the print head and platform.

The K6 features a dual turbo fan for efficient heat dissipation and a high-precision stepper motor. Keep these areas free from dust and debris to maintain performance.
7. Solució De Problemes
7.1. Print Not Sticking to Platform
- Ensure the print platform is clean.
- Verify the first layer height and nozzle distance from the bed. It should be just right to create good adhesion.
- Consider using an adhesive (e.g., glue stick) on the print platform for better adhesion.
7.2. Filament Not Extruding
- Check if the nozzle is clogged (refer to Section 6.1).
- Ensure the extruder temperature is appropriate for the filament type.
- Verify that the filament is properly loaded and the extruder gears are gripping it.
7.3. Poor Print Quality (Layer Shifting, Stringing)
- **Layer Shifting:** Check for loose belts or pulleys. Ensure the printer is on a stable surface.
- **Stringing:** Adjust retraction settings in your slicing software. Ensure the filament is dry.
- **General Quality:** Experiment with print speed, temperature, and cooling settings in your slicing software.
