The ANERN MPPT Solar Charge Controller is a multi-level Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) photovoltaic battery charge controller. Utilizing advanced MPPT technology, it significantly improves control accuracy and can increase the output power of your solar panel system by 5% to 30% compared to traditional PWM controllers. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your solar charge controller.

5. Configuració i instal·lació

5.1 Esquema de cablejat

Follow the wiring diagram carefully to ensure correct and safe installation. Always connect the battery first, then the solar panel, and finally the load. Disconnect in the reverse order.

5.2 Connexió de la bateria

The controller supports various battery types and automatically detects 12V/24V systems. Ensure your battery type is correctly configured in the controller settings if it's not a standard lead-acid battery.

5.3 Muntatge

Mount the controller vertically on a wall or flat surface in a dry, well-ventilated area. Ensure adequate clearance around the heat sink for proper heat dissipation.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

The LCD provides real-time information about your solar system. Use the MENU and SET buttons to navigate and adjust settings.

  • Botó MENÚ: Short press to switch between display interfaces. Press and hold for 3 seconds to enter the next interface for settings.
  • Botó SET: Short press to switch parameters within an interface. Press and hold for 3 seconds to exit without saving changes.

6.2 Modes de control de càrrega

The controller offers four distinct load operating modes, allowing you to customize how your connected load behaves.

  1. LD1 (Regular mode): The load operates normally and can be manually turned on or off.
  2. LD2 (Light control mode): The load automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn.
  3. LD3 (Light & time control mode): The load operates for a set number of hours after dusk and before dawn. This mode automatically identifies dark and light conditions based on the local environment.
  4. LD4 (Reverse light control mode): The load automatically turns on at dawn and off at dusk.

7. Manteniment

  • Comproveu regularment totes les connexions del cablejat per verificar si estan ben ajustades i si hi ha corrosió.
  • Mantingueu el controlador net i lliure de pols i brutícia. Feu servir un drap sec per netejar-lo.
  • Ensure the heat sink on the back of the controller is not obstructed to allow for proper heat dissipation.
  • Monitoritzeu la pantalla LCD per detectar qualsevol codi d'error o lectures inusuals.
  • Comproveu periòdicament el volum de la bateriatage and health, especially for lead-acid batteries, to ensure optimal charging.
