1. Primers passos

1.2 Càrrega i activació

Before first use, please charge the device to activate it. Ensure the positive and negative contacts of the charger align correctly with the watch. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a USB connector or a USB port on a computer.

1.3 Download the Mobile App

1.4 Connecting with the Watch

After installing the Da Fit app:

1. Open the Da Fit mobile client app and set up your personal information.
2. Switch to the "Devices" page within the app and tap "Bind Device".
3. The watch's MAC address can be found in the watch's Settings > "About" option. Identify your device by its MAC address in the list of scanned devices.
4. Tap your device in the list to initiate pairing.
5. Tap "Pair" on the screen to authorize the pairing request.
6. Tap "Allow" for the smartwatch to display notifications on your phone.
7. Activate dual mode on the watch if prompted.
8. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and connect to both "H60" and "Audio_H60" (if available for call functions).

The LIGE Smart Watch is equipped with sensors to monitor various health metrics:

3.1 Heart Rate (HR) Monitoring

The watch continuously records and displays your heart rate for 24 hours a day. You can tap the Heart Rate screen to measure your current heart rate. For detailed analysis and data records, refer to the Da Fit client app.

How Heart Rate is Measured: The watch emits a beam of light onto the skin. As the heart pumps blood, blood vessels fill with blood. Since blood tends to absorb green light and reflect red light, the heart reflects lights of different colors when it contracts and relaxes. The watch records the heart rate by detecting these reflected lights.

3.2 Blood Pressure (BP) Monitoring

You can tap the Blood Pressure screen to measure your current blood pressure. For detailed analysis and data records, please check the Da Fit client app.

The deviation between the watch and a sphygmomanometer in terms of blood pressure measured is caused by multiple factors. A sphygmomanometer measures blood pressure in the brachial artery, while the watch measures blood pressure in the two main branches of the arterioles. If you use both simultaneously, the blood flow in the arteries is centrifugal. The cuff of the sphygmomanometer puts pressure on the area below the middle of your elbow, temporarily preventing blood from flowing smoothly to the arterial branches below. The increased tension in the blood vessels will cause a larger deviation in upper and lower blood pressure measurements.

Q3: How to connect the smart watch to my smartphone?

Before using the watch for the first time, charge and activate it. Otherwise, it may not power on. Scan the QR code in the manual or search for "Da Fit" in your app store to download the app. Open Da Fit, go to Devices, and select "Bind Device H60". Tap "Pair" and then "Allow" to grant notification permissions. Activate dual mode on the watch and ensure Bluetooth connections for "H60" and "Audio_H60" are active on your phone. Make sure your phone is not connected to other Bluetooth devices.

P4: Com rebo notificacions al meu rellotge?

To receive notifications:
