3.2 Sizing and Wearing

Accurate sizing is crucial for optimal performance and comfort. Please follow these steps to determine your correct ring size:

1. Pas 1: Agafeu una corda o paper llarg que no sigui elàstic i enrotlleu-lo al voltant del dit.
2. Pas 2: Feu que la corda o el paper s'adaptin bé als dits per evitar que quedi massa fluix o massa ajustat, cosa que podria causar una desviació de la mida.
3. Pas 3: Marca la part de la unió a la corda o al paper.
4. Pas 4: Esteneu la corda o el paper pla i mesureu-ne la longitud. Es recomana mesurar-ho diverses vegades per obtenir dades més precises.

Refer to the size chart below to match your measurement to the appropriate ring size. The dimensions have a measurement tolerance of ±0.2mm.

For best performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing the COLMI R02 Smart Ring on your index finger. The middle and ring fingers are also suitable. Ensure the sensor on the inside of the ring is in contact with your skin for accurate heart rate and blood oxygen measurements.

3.3 Encès

To power on your COLMI R02 Smart Ring for the first time, connect the included charging cable to the ring. The device will automatically boot up.

3.4 Connexió a l'aplicació

The COLMI R02 Smart Ring connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth using the 'QRing' application. This app is compatible with both iPhone and Android devices.

1. Cerca and download the 'QRing' app from your device's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android).
2. Open the 'QRing' app on your smartphone.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to search for and pair your COLMI R02 Smart Ring. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

4.1 Càrrega

To charge your COLMI R02 Smart Ring, use the provided magnetic USB charging cable. Connect the cable to the charging port on the ring. A red light will flash to indicate that the ring is charging. Once fully charged, the light will turn green.

A full charge typically takes about 1 hour. You can check the battery level within the 'QRing' app.

The COLMI R02 Smart Ring accurately records your daily activities, including steps, calories burned, and distance traveled. It identifies multiple exercise modes to cater to your fitness needs.

The 'QRing' app is your central hub for all collected data. Ensure your ring is connected via Bluetooth to your phone. The app automatically connects to the ring when launched. Even when not connected to the phone, the ring can independently perform body monitoring and record blood oxygen and heart rate status. The data will be updated within the app once connected.

5. Manteniment

5.1 Neteja

The COLMI R02 Smart Ring is IP68 waterproof, allowing you to swim, wash hands, and shower while wearing it. However, it is important to remove the ring and clean it after bathing to avoid skin irritation caused by residue from shower products inside the ring. Wipe the contact area dry promptly if it comes into contact with water.

5.2 Charging Port Care

Please clean the charging port regularly to prevent charging issues caused by dirt or debris accumulation.

• El timbre no es connecta a l'aplicació: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the 'QRing' app is open. Try restarting both your phone and the ring (by connecting it to the charger). If issues persist, try unpairing and re-pairing the ring in the app settings.
• Lectures inexactes: Ensure the ring is worn correctly on your index, middle, or ring finger, with the sensor making good contact with your skin. Avoid wearing it too tightly or too loosely. Clean the sensor area if necessary.
• Problemes de càrrega: Ensure the magnetic charging cable is properly aligned with the charging port. Clean the charging port regularly to remove any dirt or debris that might obstruct the connection.
• L'anell no s'encén: Connect the ring to the charging cable. If it still doesn't power on, ensure the charging cable is functional and the power source is active.
• Sizing concerns: If you are unsure about your ring size, carefully follow the measurement instructions provided in Section 3.2 and consult the size chart. If your finger measurement falls between sizes, consider trying the next size up for comfort.
• NFC/Payment features: The COLMI R02 Smart Ring does NOT support NFC or payment functionalities.
• Fertility cycle tracking/Body temperature: The COLMI R02 Smart Ring does NOT explicitly support fertility cycle tracking or body temperature measurement.
• Advanced swimming metrics: While the ring is waterproof and tracks general activity, it does not provide advanced swimming metrics like lap counting.

• Optimal Wearing: For the most accurate health data, wear the ring on your index, middle, or ring finger. Ensure the sensor is always in contact with your skin.

8.1 Precaucions de seguretat

Before using and operating the device, please read and follow the following precautions to ensure optimal device performance and avoid dangerous or illegal situations:

• In daily use, please choose a suitable size for your fingers, avoiding wearing it too tightly. Keep the contact area of the ring dry, and wipe it in time when it comes into water. If symptoms such as redness and swelling appear in the contact area, please stop using immediately and consult a doctor.
