4. Instruccions de configuració
4.1. Instal·lació física i cablejat
The TMEZON intercom system uses a 4-wire connection between the outdoor doorbell camera and the indoor monitor. Ensure all power is disconnected before beginning installation.
- Mount the Outdoor Unit: Choose a suitable location near your door, ensuring it's within reach of the 4-wire cable and at an appropriate height for visitors. Use the provided mounting bracket and screws to secure the outdoor unit to the wall. The outdoor unit is designed to be rainproof, dustproof, and anti-vandal.
- Mount the Indoor Monitor: Select a convenient indoor location for the 7-inch monitor. Secure its mounting bracket to the wall using screws.
- Connecteu el cablejat: Connect the 4-wire cable from the outdoor doorbell camera to the indoor monitor. Ensure correct polarity and secure connections. The maximum distance between the doorbell panel and the last monitor can be up to 100 meters.

- Connect Electronic Lock (Optional): If using an electronic lock, connect it to the outdoor doorbell unit according to the lock's instructions. The outdoor unit can connect to most types of 12V electronic locks.
4.2. Wi-Fi Connection and App Setup (Tuya Smart)
The indoor monitor supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi for integration with the Tuya Smart app. Ensure your home Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as 5GHz is not supported.

Method 1: Wi-Fi Connection via App Discovery
- Enter Settings on Monitor: On the indoor monitor, tap the 'Settings' icon.

- Add Device in Tuya Smart App: Open the Tuya Smart app. Click 'Add Device' and then 'Discovering devices'. Choose the available device found to add.
- Connexió completa: Follow the on-screen prompts in the app to complete the connection. Once successful, you will see the live view from the doorbell camera.
Method 2: Add New IP Monitor by Scanning QR Code
- Connect 2.4GHz Wi-Fi for Monitor: Follow steps 1-3 from Method 1 to connect your monitor to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Display QR Code on Monitor: Go to the 'Network-QR code' menu interface on the indoor monitor. Users can preview the indoor monitor QR code.
- Scan QR Code in Tuya Smart App: Open the Tuya Smart app. Click 'Add Device' and then tap 'Scan' (usually an icon in the top right corner) to scan the QR code displayed on the monitor.
- Connexió completa: Follow the on-screen prompts in the app to complete the connection. Once successful, you will see the live view from the doorbell camera.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1. Answering Calls and Two-Way Audio
When a visitor presses the doorbell, the indoor monitor will ring and display the live video feed. Your smartphone will also receive an APP notification.
- From Monitor: Tap the 'Answer' button on the touch screen to initiate two-way audio communication.

5.2. Desbloqueig de portes
The system offers multiple ways to unlock your door:
- Remote Unlock (App/Monitor): During a call or live view, tap the 'Unlock' icon on the indoor monitor or in the Tuya Smart app to open the connected electronic lock.
- Desbloqueig de la targeta RFID: Present a pre-programmed RFID card to the outdoor doorbell unit's RFID reader to unlock the door. Eight RFID cards are included.
- Number Code Unlock: If configured, visitors can enter a pre-set number code on the outdoor unit to unlock the door.

5.3. Automatic Snapshot or Video Recording
The system can automatically capture events:
- Visitor Pressing Doorbell: When a visitor presses the doorbell, the system can automatically take a snapshot or record a video.

All recordings and snapshots are stored on a Micro SD card (up to 256GB, not included) inserted into the indoor monitor. You can review these recordings at any time via the monitor or the Tuya Smart app.

5.4. Detecció de moviment
The outdoor unit features motion detection to enhance security. When motion is detected, the system can trigger recording or snapshots, and send notifications to your smartphone.

5.5. Multiple Intercoms and Call Transfer
The system supports connecting up to 2 outdoor doorbells with up to 4 indoor monitors. This allows for:
- Inter-Monitor Communication: You can communicate between different indoor monitors within your property.

6. Manteniment
