4. Guia de configuració
4.1. Installing Hard Drives
- Assegureu-vos que l'estació d'acoblament estigui apagada i desconnectada de qualsevol ordinador.
- Gently insert your 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA HDD/SSD into the appropriate slot(s) until it is firmly seated. The docking station features dust-proof baffles to protect the slots.
- Ensure the drive is correctly aligned with the SATA connector inside the slot.
4.2. Connecting to a Computer/Device
- Connect the provided 2-in-1 USB C-to-C/A Data Cable to the Type-C port on the docking station.
- Connect the other end of the cable to an available USB-C or USB-A port on your computer, laptop, smart TV, PS4/PS5, or smart router.

- Turn on the power switch on the docking station. The RGB lights will illuminate.
5. Funcionament
5.1. Ús bàsic
- Once connected, your operating system should automatically detect the installed hard drive(s).
- You can access the drive(s) like any other external storage device.
- The docking station supports Plug & Play. However, for safe removal, always eject the drive(s) from your operating system before powering off the docking station or physically removing the drives.
5.2. Modes d'il·luminació RGB
The docking station features 14 RGB lighting modes, including single-color, flashing, and breathing effects, to enhance your gaming or workspace ambiance. The central button on the front of the device controls the RGB lighting. Press it to cycle through different modes.
5.3. Offline Clone Function (Model 8828C3-C only)
The offline clone function allows you to duplicate data from one hard drive to another without needing a computer connection.
- Insert the disks: Ensure the docking station is disconnected from the computer and powered off. Insert the source disk (Disk A) into the 'Source' slot and the target disk (Disk B) into the 'Target' slot.
- Connecteu l'alimentació: Switch the button at the back of the docking station to 'Clone' mode. Then, turn on the power.
- Start cloning: Press the 'Start' button at the back of the docking station. The indicator light will flash during the cloning process. Once cloning is complete, the indicator light will remain constantly on.
Important Notes for Offline Clone:
- The target drive (Disk B) must have a capacity equal to or larger than the source drive (Disk A).

- Q: Why can't the PC recognize the HDD/SSD?
- A: First, verify that your hard drive is functional by testing it in another enclosure or directly connecting it to a computer. Try using a different hard drive in the docking station. If the issue persists, ensure all cables are securely connected and the power adapter is providing sufficient power. If the problem continues, contact customer service.
