4.1 Connecting the HUB

1. Connect the USB Type-C male port of the HUB to the USB-C port on your laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
2. The ice-blue soft light indicator on the HUB will illuminate, indicating it is powered on and ready for use.

4.2 Power Delivery (PD) Connection (for Type 3)

If your HUB includes a Type-C PD port, you can connect your device's original power adapter to this port to provide up to 100W fast charging to your laptop, tablet, or phone while using the other HUB functions.

Connect USB flash drives, external hard drives, or other USB devices to the USB-A 3.0 or USB-A 2.0 ports for high-speed data transfer. USB 3.0 ports support up to 5Gbps, allowing large files to be transferred quickly.

5.2 Video Output (HDMI-Compatible Port, for Type 3)

Connect a monitor, TV, or projector to the HDMI-Compatible port to extend or mirror your device's display. This port supports 4K resolution at 30Hz, providing clear and vibrant visuals for presentations, movies, or extended workspaces.

5.3 Wired Network Connection (RJ45 Port, for Type 2)

For a stable and fast internet connection, plug an Ethernet cable into the RJ45 port. This port supports 100Mbps speed, ideal for online gaming, streaming, or large downloads.

5.4 OTG Function (for compatible phones/tablets)

7. Solució De Problemes

• Cannot cast screen via 4K/HD port: Ensure your display input settings are manually set to the correct HDMI port or auto-detect.
• External hard disk not recognized or unstable: For large-capacity hard disks (up to 4TB supported), ensure the HUB is powered via its PD port to prevent insufficient power issues.
• Samsung phone not charging via PD port: For Samsung phones, the device must be turned on to charge through the PD port. It will not charge if the phone is off.
• Laptop not charging via PD port: Some laptops (e.g., Huawei Matebook X) have separate charging and video transmission ports. Ensure you are using the correct port for charging. For Dell, Lenovo, and HP laptops, use an original adapter as they may have charging protection that limits power if a non-original charger is detected. Apple Book Pro with a 96W adapter can output up to 89W.
• No indicator light: Ensure the USB-C connection to your device is secure.
