1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the Hiseeu 6MP WIFI PTZ IP Camera. This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your new surveillance camera. This camera features a dual-lens system, 5X digital zoom, auto-tracking, and advanced night vision capabilities, designed to provide comprehensive security monitoring for both indoor and outdoor environments.

4.1 Components de la càmera

4.2 Instal·lació física

1. Trieu una ubicació: Select a suitable location for your camera, ensuring it has a clear view of the area you wish to monitor and is within range of your Wi-Fi network or can be connected via LAN cable. The camera is IP66 rated, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
2. Muntar la càmera: Use the provided screws and mounting template (if included) to securely attach the camera to a wall or ceiling.
3. Connectar l'alimentació: Connect the DC12V power adapter to the camera's power port and plug it into a power outlet.

4.3 Connexió de xarxa

The camera supports both 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi and LAN cable connections. 5Ghz Wi-Fi is not supported.

1. Connexió Wi-Fi:
   • Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi signal.
   • Proceed to the App Installation and Configuration section to connect via the EseeCloud app.
2. Connexió LAN:
   • Connect an Ethernet cable from your router to the camera's RJ45 network port.
   • The camera will automatically attempt to establish a wired network connection.

4.4 App Installation and Configuration (EseeCloud)

The Hiseeu camera is managed via the EseeCloud mobile application.

1. Descarrega l'aplicació: Download the "EseeCloud" app from Google Play Store (for Android) or iOS APP Store (for Apple devices).
2. Restablir la càmera: Locate the reset button on the bottom of the camera. Press and hold it for approximately 10 seconds until you hear a confirmation sound, indicating a successful reset. This prepares the camera for a new connection.
3. Add Device via Bluetooth (Recommended for initial setup):
   • Open the EseeCloud app and create an account or log in.
   • Select "Add Camera" or "Add Device". The app should detect the camera via Bluetooth.
   • Follow the on-screen prompts to add the camera. You will be asked to select your 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network and enter its password.
   • The app will show a networking progress. Once complete, you can name your device and configure motion detection alerts.

4. Alternative Connection Methods: If Bluetooth setup is not preferred, the app may offer options to scan a QR code on the camera or manually enter device details.

5.1 Dual Lens and Dual Screen Monitoring

The camera features a unique dual-lens system, providing two distinct views simultaneously within the EseeCloud app. The upper lens offers a fixed wide-angle view, while the lower lens is a PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) camera for detailed monitoring.

• PTZ View (Lower Lens): Allows for remote control of pan (horizontal), tilt (vertical), and digital zoom for specific areas of interest.

5.2 Pan, Tilt, and Digital Zoom Control

The PTZ lens offers extensive movement capabilities:

• pa: 270° horizontal rotation.
• Inclinació: 90° vertical rotation.
• Zoom digital: 5X digital zoom to magnify details.

Control these movements directly from the EseeCloud app by swiping on the PTZ camera's video feed or using the directional controls.

5.3 Àudio bidireccional

The camera is equipped with a built-in microphone and speaker, enabling real-time two-way communication. You can listen to the camera's surroundings and speak through the camera using the EseeCloud app.

5.4 Visió nocturna intel·ligent

The camera supports multiple night vision modes, thanks to its built-in infrared (IR) and white LEDs:

• Visió nocturna per infrarojos: Proporciona vídeo en blanc i negre nítid en condicions de poca llum.
• Visió nocturna a tot color: Activates white LEDs to provide color video even in darkness.
• Smart Night Mode: Automatically switches between infrared and full-color night vision, often activating color mode upon human detection.

5.5 AI Human Detection and Auto Tracking

The camera incorporates advanced AI features for enhanced security:

• Detecció humana d'IA: The camera can distinguish human shapes from other moving objects, reducing false alarms. When a human is detected, you will receive immediate app notifications.
• Seguiment automàtic: Upon detecting a human in the monitored area, the PTZ camera will automatically pan and tilt to follow their movement, ensuring continuous surveillance of the target.

5.6 Emmagatzematge de vídeo

The camera offers flexible storage options for your video recordings:

• Emmagatzematge de targetes TF: Supports up to 128GB TF (Micro SD) card for local storage. Insert the TF card into the designated slot (refer to Figure 3).
• Emmagatzematge al núvol: A cloud storage service is available through the EseeCloud app, which may require a subscription. This provides off-site backup for your recordings.

5.7 Remot Viewing

5.8 Compatibilitat amb NVR

The Hiseeu 6MP WIFI PTZ IP Camera is compatible with NVRs that support the ONVIF protocol. Ensure both the camera and the NVR are connected to the same router's LAN for successful configuration and use.

6. Manteniment

• Neteja: Regularly clean the camera lens with a soft, dry cloth to ensure clear image quality. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

7. Solució De Problemes

• La càmera no es connecta a la Wi-Fi:
  • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4Ghz. The camera does not support 5Ghz Wi-Fi.
  • Verifiqueu que la contrasenya del Wi-Fi sigui correcta.
  • Move the camera closer to the router to improve signal strength.
  • Reset the camera (press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds) and try the setup process again.
