Introducció

This manual provides detailed instructions for the operation and maintenance of your Midea Air Conditioner Remote Control, model RG10A(B2S)/BGEF. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the remote control to ensure proper function and to extend the life of your device.

Funcions del botó:

• Power Button (Yellow): Turns the air conditioner ON or OFF.

Configuració

Instal·lació de la bateria:

1. Localitzeu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior del comandament a distància.
2. Feu lliscar la tapa cap avall per obrir el compartiment.
3. Insert two (2) AAA 1.5V alkaline batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Feu lliscar la tapa del compartiment de la bateria fins que faci clic de manera segura.

Instruccions de funcionament

Funcionament bàsic:

• Encesa/apagada: Press the yellow Power button once to turn the AC unit on, and again to turn it off.
• Canvi de mode: Press the 'Mode' button repeatedly to cycle through available operating modes (e.g., Cool, Heat, Fan, Dry, Auto). The current mode will be displayed on the remote's screen.
• Ajust de la temperatura: Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) arrow buttons to set your desired temperature.
• Ajust de la velocitat del ventilador: Press the 'Fan' button to cycle through different fan speeds (e.g., Low, Medium, High, Auto).
• Activating Swing: Press the 'Swing' button to start or stop the automatic louver swing.

Switching Temperature Units (Fahrenheit/Celsius):

This remote control supports both Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C) temperature displays. To switch between these units:

• Simultaneously press and hold the Up (▲) and Down (▼) arrow buttons for approximately 3 seconds.
• The temperature display on the remote control will switch to the alternate unit. Repeat the process to switch back.

Manteniment

Neteja del comandament a distància:

• Netegeu la superfície del comandament a distància amb un drap suau i sec.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical sprays, as these can damage the remote's finish or internal components.

Substitució de la bateria:

• Replace batteries when the remote control's display becomes dim or unresponsive.
• Always replace both batteries at the same time with new AAA 1.5V alkaline batteries.
• If the remote control will not be used for an extended period (e.g., several weeks or months), remove the batteries to prevent leakage and potential damage to the device.

Resolució de problemes

• El comandament a distància no respon: Check if the batteries are inserted correctly and are not depleted. Replace with new batteries if necessary. Ensure there is a clear line of sight between the remote and the AC unit's receiver.
• La pantalla és tènue o en blanc: This usually indicates low battery power. Replace the batteries.
• La unitat d'aire condicionat no respon a ordres específiques: Ensure the remote is pointed directly at the AC unit. Some functions may require the AC unit to be in a specific mode (e.g., heating function requires the AC to be in heat mode).
